I asked for a larger cup because I had to carry it on my bike. They don't have any. Just small cups. I get it if the owner doesn't like sugar free sweetener. But making that decision for the customer is very pretentious.

It's a certified B corp which means all their ingredients are sustainably and ethically sourced! That's a big plus! The place is so nicely designed with so many places to sit. Big beautiful windows let in lots of sun and natural light. I love sitting outside in the summer taking in the energy of downtown. She said, "no, if I want fresh I have to ask for fresh." I couldn't believe I was told that., Then I talked to the manager. He said the same thing, "you have to ask if you want fresh bread" I honestly couldn't believe they told a customer that. Will I be back? "Yes", but very disappointed in the reply.
