I ordered a cold brew with a splash of almond milk and a tiny (emphasized multiple times) squirt of flavored syrup (a brand I knew was vegan). They didn't know how to make it. I heard two of them trying to figure out what the ratio of coffee to milk was. I ended up with a cup of iced almond milk, topped with some cold brew, and a thiiiiiiick layer of syrup at the bottom. It was like drinking cake. If you're vegan, heads-up. If you're a person who wants any adjustments made to your coffee order, heads-up. If you like coffee forward drinks, heads-up.
