Just west of campus, Biggby coffee is nice. The shop has really good hot and cold coffees. I had a honey and cinnamon hot coffee that was delicious. Lots of pastries looked delicious. The staff was friendly since I was traveling and I was a bit chatty. Some tables were spaced out and patrons were visiting. Everyone wore masks. This is a nice place to meet up. read more

I love this location!! They have some of the nicest baristas and their service is superb. They also have daily specials which I take advantage of especially when they have their Michigan Cherry flavor. This location is EXTREMELY clean even prepandemic. I have not visited and stayed due to coronavirus but I have been in to grab my order to go. They are definitely my morning staple. Keep up the good work guys and gals! read more

Staff was not attentive. Stood waiting for 5+ minutes as she talked to a friend that had already ordered. After ordering she continued her conversation with the friend about things such as what was in her roommates shower, etc. Kind of a turn off. read more

Biggby is a nice new addition to the coffee shop scene in this college town. The coffee is far superior to Starbucks and Grounds for Thought. The shop is coming up on its 1st birthday and deserves more excellent reviews as: 1. the place is very clean. 2. the staff is friendly and engaging and super nice. 3. the coffee is rich and delicious 4. and the owner Gary takes a lot of pride in his business. I was in 4 times over this past weekend and saw the owner chatting it up with not only his regulars but also new customers as well. One suggestion that I hope the parent company reads: they need to amp up the quality and selection of sweet goods to match the superb coffee they are selling. They lack the selection of say Starbucks and the types of goodies one can have after the morning time passes. Run don't walk to the best coffee shop in BG. Biggby is the B and G in BG! read more

New coffee house, all new employees but a positive attitude. Had a serious math challenge. Gave her $10.50 for a $5.49 bill. 3 employees and 5 minutes later we had our $5.01 change. Coffee was very good. Treats were super rich and good. Manager seems experienced and patient with new staff. Good selection of music and adequate seating. This place will do well but Grounds for Thought will always be my go to coffee house in BG. read more

I was very excited to have an alternative option to Starbucks, but the baristas routinely make my $5 drink wrong, and show little to no remorse. Excellent coffee and extremely friendly staff! This place was brand new during my senior year at BGSU, so I didn't frequent it much during my college years. I just visited Bowling Green last weekend and decided to stop in. They have a pretty decent variety of drinks for such a small coffee shop. I still prefer Grounds For Thought, but Biggby is nice if you're in a rush. read more

Best coffee shop in town. Unlike most townies' de facto favorite, Grounds for Thought, Biggby features amenities such as functional WiFi, comfortable seating, plenty of outlets (even with USB slots built into the wall plugs), and a consistently friendly staff. Despite being a chain the owner, Gary, will make an effort to learn your name if he sees you in the shop often, which is an awesome touch. One night my girlfriend and I were working at Biggby, and didn't notice that they were closing early for a staff meeting. When Gary told us they'd be closing soon, he was extremely apologetic, and even gave us free drink coupons. You don't get that kind of customer service at any other coffee shop in the area. read more

I really like Biggby coffee. It tastes really good, prices are decent and the place has a nice ambiance. It's a great place to hang out with friends or study.
