I have also caught them during what I think was either shift turnover or scheduled breaks (when only 1 person was working), the employee working handled the lines with ease.. A few weeks ago, I witnessed them handling demanding customers with grace and kindness. The two employees held it together and stayed calm while handling a large customer order. Even when the customer was complaining and being impatient, they still remained calm and kind. Sadly the customer left a huge mess but the employees were quick to clean everything up. This Starbucks is located inside Kroger so you will have to deal with grocery store parking. It's a standard Starbucks kiosk stand. It's located in the front near the floral and produce which means there isn't any seating available. Just mentioning this so people know what to expect.

I have attached my receipt so you can review the timing and order details. When I arrived at the pick-up window, no one was there initially, and I waited about two minutes before an employee approached. I explained that I was there for a mobile order and showed my order on my phone. The employee responded that she did not have any mobile orders. Despite showing my receipt with the order number, she stated she could not locate the order nor had any means of locating. I confirmed the order was placed at the Fremont, W State location and expressed concern about being charged without receiving my order. The employee then suggested I come inside to check what might be wrong with my phone, which I found frustrating and unhelpful. She was set on NOT her problem & NOT going to do anything after I show her my PAID receipt. Did get the window slammed on me thoughWOW! A friend went just today for a large Men's Breakfast Donut order and when they received the box and opened, after they left, had been pushed down onto the donuts & the frosting was now on the lid & not the donuts. When arrived at the meeting with donuts looking a mess they were told by some of the other men that they will NOT go to Fremont Dunkin because of terrible customer service & get messy donuts...We are talking about possibly 3-4 X's a week for 2+ DOZEN DONUTS!
