Stopped by here for some coffee and a treat. First of all, the space is beautiful! The staff was so friendly and o enjoyed drinking my coffee by the window. I was able to enjoy my coffee while looking out at the Maumee and it was gorgeous. Their space is so gorgeous and peaceful. The breakfast sandwich and blueberry muffin was delish!! I'll for sure be back!

Now I've been to the coffee house for a coffee and a pastry months ago, but was really looking forward to trying the downstairs "speakeasy" bar that was new. The space is tight, but the coffee shop stays open as well so you can grab your control and then head back upstairs. We came in the first night the featured contrail menu came out. We were told that the espresso martini is amazing because of the fresh espresso upstairs of course, but we wanted to try that new menu. The cocktails we tried had an exotic flavor and was perfect for the chilly setting that was ahead of us.

Excellent new cafe in downtown, I think neeley renovated and look very upscale. There is also a bar downstairs. Good coffee and good cake, just look at the pictures. They have food menu too. Next time I will try that for sure

A fun visit! Excellent food & service! There were 3 of us; and we all agreed that the ambiance was pretty mellow; a super way to relax, chat and enjoy watching the Maumee River. The building itself is so well-built; and the care given to enhance their part of this building is evident throughout the space. Truly enjoyable!

Cute spot with decent coffee. The location and hours are pretty amazing. Was here during a dance comp and don't think they are use to the volume (think this is a Toledo thing in general at coffee shops with handling volume and time).

Brew House Downtown is a wonderful coffee shop from dawn to dusk... that becomes a speakeasy after dark. Place has a fancy feel to it that I dig, but comfortable all the same. You will find every kind of coffee in here... whether it's drip, pour over, aeropress, french press etc. They also have sandwiches and breakfast items for sale as well. Coffee is delicious! Service is quick! I highly recommend!

Got to go to this place during their opening. The staff was great and the place itself is super super cool. If you feel like having a morning coffee this is the place, if you feel like having a little alcohol, this is also the place! With a sweet staircase that takes you from one floor to the other.

Brew House provides contemporary, slightly upscale vibes in Fort Industry Square, which is in the final stages of a complete redevelopment. It's so cool to see so many things happening downtown, and it's clear Brew House is looking to capitalize on the momentum. The coffee is good, and the desserts in the deli case looked pretty awesome, but our order, which was served with a smile, was also incorrect. And while the vibes of the space are excellent, the actual space to congregate with others is *very* small, and not appropriate for any sort of work or intimate conversations, as everyone else in the room can hear what you're saying. With all of the fantastic coffee shops within a short walking distance of Brew House, I am curious to see what the long play will be. I suspect once the word is out, the bar on the ground level will be why most people visit, as coffee is not enough of a reason to navigate the parking. I wish them the best, but likely won't be a frequent visitor.

Nice spot in downtown with a chill vibe as well as a speakeasy inside. The hazelnut latte was good and the peanut butter cheesecake was great!

Beautiful, inspiring decor! Great coffee and pastries. Interesting menu offering breakfast (served all day), lunch, and dinner selections. Evening and weekend hours! Soon to open speakeasy in the lower level. Located opposite the Hilton Hotels on N Summit Street in Fort Industry Square. Conveniently situated just south of Promenade Park, around the corner from Hensville / Fifth Third Field (Home of the Toledo Mud Hens), adjacent to the Glass City Center, and a block from the Huntington Center.

One of my favorite coffee shops of all time. The vibe here is amazing. The jazz is so relaxing. The coffee is solid. I would prefer to have a wide cup for my latte but the espresso is so good... who cares. The service was great but the cheesecake... the cheesecake is so good!!!!

Stopped in on a fall-like windy night. It was cozy inside. The atmosphere is relaxing and classy. There's a lot more space inside than appears from the outside and I loved how there were different sections to hang out in upstairs or downstairs. Our bartender Andrew made a customized aperol spritz that was delicious! We also got the berries & brie and a smoothie for my little one which were also tasty.

My husband went and grabbed us some coffee and we are perfectly located right across the street. He got me a vanilla latte, it's creamy and sweet but just the right amount. He got a drip coffee and he says it's pretty good but mine is better. I would definitely recommend this place before a walk in the park strolling around with your drink. :)

What I do love about Ann Arbor is that they balance out the drunk haunts of young adults with great restaurants and high end bars for the people looking for more than a pitcher of cheap beer. Rabbit Hole is one of those spots. Down the same little alley way as Circ Bar, this underground bar is tucked away, stone hallways and open up and lead to different openings that provide seating, a dance floor and an amazingly stocked bar. If you like bourbon you will love this spot. Our bartender was fantastic, absolutely worked with me on working out a drink. I know I took a pic of an espresso martini, but my drink was made perfect also. Another nice surprise was that it wasn't some crazy price on the drink (I mean any crazier than other places and quite cheaper than around my home), especially for Ann Arbor. Walking away from the bar is a dance floor, and surrounding it are booths in a separate rooms and tables on a level up from the dance floor. There are also two hallways that lead to more booths and tables in different areas of the bar. As you can imagine this is a huge place. We came on a Friday and it wasn't very busy, but school is out and the weather had just broke so not surprising. I really enjoyed my time and the company I was with, and I would definitely go back.

Definitely a bit confusing to figure out where to go. I wish I had been given some direction. There is seating against the wall throughout the winding halls. There is a dance floor and a couple bars. I loved the look which would definitely bring me back if I had also loved the Cocktails. The drink I ordered was way too sweet. I was underwhelmed. Most of their drinks looked on the sweeter side even the bartender mentioned. For my second I just ordered a glass of bubbly. It was also on the sweeter side but an improvement. For the prices, I really don't want to have to get up, find my way back to the bar to order my drink, then walk back to my seat avoiding the people and trying not to spill.

On a recent visit, the music wasn't my favorite, the musicians were definitely talented but a bit too much self-indulgent horn playing that wasn't always pleasing to my ear. But of course your music experience will vary from night-to-night. Drinks & wine list were nice and service was good initially but disappeared when the first set was getting close and I went at least 20-30 minutes with an empty drink glass plus it was about 45 minutes between our first and second courses being served. Only as we were getting close to the end of the first set did servers again reappear to quickly get us our last 2 prix fixe courses and be able to turn our table before the next set. I had heard good things about the food and was looking forward to eating here in addition to the music. Unfortunately the food was a disappointment for me and just about every dish was under-seasoned. The one hit was my wife's branzino, while the one big miss was the red beans & rice add-on to the prix fixe menu - I mean, nobody in NOLA would pay $28 for red beans but if we did I would surely expect more than a few tiny pieces of sausage and to not have undercooked rice and undercooked beans plus need more salt and acid. Brussels were fine but again missing salt and ideally a bit of acid while the pork chop was somewhat fatty but cooked well however other flavors & textures on the plate just weren't very exciting. I would consider coming back to Blue Llama for the right show and the ambience is great, but would probably choose to eat elsewhere. Maybe it was just a bad night in the kitchen, who knows but I'm not inclined to return for dinner again.
