Then he got in the truck and drove off. Not sure if he is an employee of Viper Pools or not. I called the number on the truck and the person who answered allegedly said she had "sold one of their trucks so it is not related to her business." If you go to the LA fitness on rio Salado in Mesa STAY SAFE, something definitely off with this guy, he looked like he was high off of something.

Called Brad on short notice because our salt cell literally jumped six feet in the air and had…read moredetached itself from the pool plumbing. We were having guests over the next day and knew we wanted the pool looking clean and filtered. He fit us in at the end of the day and patched the plumbing problem. We had a great time with our guests thanks to Brad's responsiveness. Later when the replacement salt cell housing arrived we had him back out and we had him replumb our entire system so that all the pipes were straight and the filter and pump were situated fully on the pad like they belonged. He also patched a suction side air leak at our request, and he will be sending us a quote for a full valve replacement in case the patch goes bad and we opt to pay for a more permanent fix. Highly recommend due to responsiveness and good workmanship.

I still paid my regular monthly payment then questioned the company politely as maybe they switched my house on the route and I was missing the guy when he came. After getting a fairly unpleasant response I let the matter go. A month later I noticed they had not taken the regular monthly payment, when I questioned again I got no response. I followed up with 2 additional emails to ensure I was not neglecting payments on work done. However still no response. I am pretty disappointed as again they had such a good first impression but maybe my service was no longer worth it to them.
