She asked all the right questions even though I just wanted a cup of coffee. I did get a splash of cinnamon in the coffee and it was delicious. Not old but fresh and hot. Great coffee and service and quick. Even the cars in front of me who orders some really big drinks didn't slow them down. The staff handled it and we moved along with ease.

But the cost of ice cream filled dessert that was not as pictured on the advertisement and in fact questionable it was ice cream is a bit sketch. To charge premium prices for something and not deliver is not good. The service was ok, the place is clean and casual. But the prices are not worth the products purchased. As a person who has struggled with lactose intolerance in years past, the oat milk tea option sprung out at me from the menu. It. Was. AMAZING!! This location is unfortunately tucked away behind an H&M in the South Hill Mall. However, I'm always grateful for the walk, as it is three out of the four minutes of exercise I do weekly. She seems like a very unfair manager who is taking advantage of the situation. I also talked to one of the workers and they let me know that none of them were properly trained by the manager. I personally believe that the current manager is taking advantage of her employees, as well as the owners who happen to be her parents. I do not recommended this shop.
