As a non-profit that consistently works with contractors, I can say that Suan went above and beyond to make sure our bathroom project for our disabled veteran was perfect. Our veteran can now use his stepless shower, grab bars, built in wall seat and handheld shower head to bathe without fear of injuring himself. Susan helped our veteran and his wife with their design and they finished the work within a couple of weeks. I recently hired Big Willow Remodeling to remodel my 20-year old shower and area around the garden tub in my master bathroom. The owner (Susan) was very professional, talked with me to determine my vision, made recommendations to meet my style and budget, suggested alternate approaches to save time and money, brought samples and recommended places to see & choose materials, brought in craftsmen (plumber and tiler) who were very professional, prompt, and great communicators, and kept me updated on schedules. She was very creative when plans were initially hindered due to encountering unexpected pipes in the walls, and her work-around resulted in an even better outcome than the original plan. She has a great eye for design and made wonderful recommendations for tiling colors & patterns and improved on my initial ideas. To top it off, her price was very competitive! Susan and her contractors were very professional and did an excellent job in remodeling our kitchen and laundry room. She spent many hours with my husband and I choosing our granite, backsplash and colors. She worked within our budget and came up with creative ideas to save money. For example, we had a traditional kitchen that we wanted to modernize. We reused our existing cabinets and updated them with paint. Also, we had a butcher block island and we reused it in the laundry room as a counter for our folding table. Overall, she was excellent in communicating with us about upcoming appointments and stayed in touch with us throughout the entire process. We love our new kitchen and laundry room.
