Within no more than 20 to 25 minutes I received a phone call back from a gentleman. He was incredibly informative, I had been submitted an estimate that was very reasonable, we did discuss some things that I had concerns about. The conversation was not rushed as though there was somewhere else for him to be, very professional, very knowledgeable and straight up honest about any questions I asked. I owe Blue Pacific and apology, life kind of happened from the time I got the estimate and spoke with this amazing gentleman. Presently not able to schedule the job, but will when the time allows. Read their reviews from others. Their customer service from the first word to the last is absolutely professional and they make you feel very comfortable with what they are offering to do and listen to what you are requesting to have done. What I really appreciate it is the honesty of if we're not able to do something they let you know right away. Honestly, there can Do's are way more than the other. In case you didn't know the Yelp site will send your request to all listed in whatever you are looking for. But Terran stood out; far from the madding crowd....(and no, I'm not a lemming). Why did he stand out? Because 1. While I live in town, it's an arduous task driving to my home 2. My home is 65 years old; upkept but old none the less 3. My home sits on a slop so to ladder my windows you'd better be darn skiiled. 4. My windows and screens were not cleaned for a LONG time.... I'm embarresed to say. 5. Terran drove to my home to give me the estimate (he did this in February of this year) He gave me the estimate and that was that. and now seven months later, I call him and politely explain that its been at least seven months and I wanted him to check his estimate. Well, the answer I got was "same price" and the rest is history. The job was simply UNBELIEVABLE. I know he took a long time and I'm not certain if that was what he expected. I won't be offended with an upcharge but guess what? No upcharge. Sparkling clean. The blinds were left raised so I got home to SPARKLING BRIGHT HOUSE!!!!! Thank you Terran! So I don't have to wait another gazillion months, I've asked Terran to put me an a bi annual schedule. How great is that???? Hey Yelpers! He's your guy!
