We got our oil changed before a 10 hour road trip and we got there and our light came on saying low…read moreoil pressure. Walmart forgot to put the oring on after changing our oil so that whole drive oil was slowly leaking out all over our engine and car and they could've caused us serious engine repairs and being in a different state we had to take care of it. I will never go back there for an oil change after they made such a simple mistake that could've easily been avoided by making sure they did what they were supposed to and it caused us so much money to fix.

I had a 5 star experience at the Payson Jiffy Lube in February. In fact I told several friends to…read morego there because of the great service I got. I asked for an engine check and for the technicians to reset the light. They did it without extra cost and with a smile. I returned for my 3-month oil change and I had the same employees. This time I was told, "it is against the law to reset lights without a repair being done." I was very surprised at the obvious stretching of the truth. I told the technician I was unhappy and his response was, at first, "the law is the law." At the end of the transaction he then told me he misspoke and what happened was that his machine couldn't read my engine-not that it was against the law. I believe in giving second chances, so, while I have to move my rating of Jiffy Lube Payson from a 5-star rating down to 3, I will come back in 3 months and I am hopeful I get a more honest approach from my technician.

Our belt snapped on the Freeway this last Saturday and I had my car towed to their location for…read moreassistance. The guy I chatted with was nice and helpful, saying that they were closing and that they would call us on Monday to give us an update. In the past I've gone to them for smaller things and they been helpful, but this was an experience. Come Monday when we drove past in the morning and evening our car still hadn't moved and we never received a call for an update. I assumed they were swamped and just busy, so I said that I would give them a call the next day to see about the progress. Fast forward the next morning I gave a call and was told that the mechanic would call me by the afternoon to give me an update. The day passed and at 4 pm my wife had driven passed their shop and informed me that our car had been moved. I hadn't received a call and thought it was strange that I haven't received any notification since I had my number down as the contact. After I was done with work at 5 pm we drove down to talk with them face to face to see the update. My wife had told me she called them earlier that afternoon, herself, and a guy said that the car had been done for a bit. This is when things went down hill in my opinion of this place. The gal that assisted us was nice and when she informed us that our serpentine belt was fixed I was thrilled, but then she mentioned that there was something wrong with the pulley. I didn't know there was anything else wrong and this is how the conversation went. Her, "No one told you about the pulley?" Me "No." Her "No one called you to give you an update?" Me "No," Her "One of the guys told me today that they called you at your number." Me "I didn't receive a call. We are only down here because my wife said she was the one that called and was told that our car had been done for awhile." Her "I've been here all day and kept reminding those guys to call you about your call and one of them even told me they had called you at your number." Me "I never received a call, my wife was the one who had to call." The gal apologized so much to us and gave us a discount off of our repairs, which was nice. The car itself runs fine, but the windshield wiper fluid cap was off and the brake light stays on, even though the emergency brake isn't on. So after this experience, it was going to be a 3 star but thinking a little more about it now I'll put it at a 2 star due to being told that we would receive a call twice and never did, along with the fact of the gal telling us that someone told her that they had called us to notify about the car, which they never did. Hopefully the rating can be raised in the future.
