I've had multiple frustrating experiences at this Big O Tires location. Most recently, my boyfriend made an 8AM appointment for new tires he showed up on time, only to be told they wouldn't get to it "until sometime later today." Then later on they said he needed alignment so then we agreed to get that done. But what's the point of an appointment if it means nothing? He also planned to use financing, but because their system wasn't working, they told him he had to pay out of pocket. That's incredibly unfair customers shouldn't be penalized because your tech isn't working. And this isn't even the first issue. On a previous visit, they "fixed" his alternator, only for the car to break down three different times after each so-called repair. It took three separate visits before they finally fixed it properly. We tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but the level of carelessness and lack of accountability is just unacceptable. Won't be returning. They've lost our trust completely. read more

A+++ Amazing work here! I thought I needed tires and maybe a tie rod, turns out I needed a ton more and they got me in and completed SAME DAY! It wasn't a bunch of BS either, I already knew I needed tie rod ends and maybe ball joints but had two other wrong diagnostics from other places. I bought a set of 4 tires in June, and one of them went flat as I was driving on the freeway. It was shredded by the drive, but Big O's warranty is so awesome that it covered the cost of the tire and I only had to cover $24 to add a warranty to the new tire, which is totally worth it. I've always depended on Big O for my tires and also for regular maintenance. Before I take a road trip, I always have them check my car (at no charge) to make sure I'll be safe. After the service was done l was explained what was done and what they found that I might want to fix, didn't push me to do anything, gave me an estimate of what was found and that was that. On the recommendation of friends, gave Big O Tires a try. They replaced all 4 tires of my commuter. Additionally I was upsold an alignment. 2 weeks ago, I noticed a sidewall bulge, front drivers side. During a routine oil change, asked my mechanic for his opinion - he immediately switched it to the rear. Before I had a chance to take it in, the tire blew, and was shredded. Big O tells me it's not covered, as their "road hazard warranty" wasn't purchased. The best they could do was price out 4 new tires. It seams to me this is a manufacturers defect, but I'm not a tire expert. I called around and got 2 more estimates. Both places said something like this would be covered automatically. Hmmm... so I got 4 new tires (For AWD vehicles this is what everyone recommended) and NOT from Big O. I am grateful my mechanic switched it out and that it was on the rear when it blew. I can safely say I will not be giving Big O Tires any future business as they were quick to take my money, and quick to get me off the phone when it came time to show concern and take care of a new customer. read more

Absolutely do not go here! New management, horrible service. I had my air conditioning recharged and I went to pick it up that day after work ( I cannot have my phone at work) they said they called me with the price that o did not care about, I just wanted it fixed. Because I didn't call them back it wasn't done. They said to leave it, I couldn't because I had to be to work early in the morning. They said bring it back and leave it when you can. I did that, they had it for 4 days, including on Father's Day so I did not get to go visit my dad btw, they broke the lights out of the back window,said it was us before they got it, they watched the video camera and seen it happened there, they wouldn't tell us how. A few months and 500 dollars later the air conditioning doesn't work and they will not refund my money so I can take it somewhere else. And so much more to the story. Do not go here. read more

I came in for a tire rotation and balance. I also was going to get an alignment upon them inspecting my vehicle. They told me they were unable to do any of it unless I got new tire rods new shocks, new bearings and ball joints and more. I have a 2017 jeep with 60 k miles. Get real! They wouldn't even balance and that's my tires and I bought them from them 6 k miles ago!!! Really?!!! Terrible service. Actually false advertising to be honest. They r supposed to balance and rotate the tires for the simple fact I purchased them from them. Unbelievable Update I went to Tire world where I got an second opinion by a ASE certified technician and the front end was good. Needless to say I purchased the alignment and tires rotated as a courtesy because of how big o handled it! None of those front end things needed replaced. Big o was just taking advantage of a woman coming in! GO TO TIRE WORLD! Responding to your response. Big O was bar far beyond dishonest. First thing is you refused to grove me a tired rotation unless I fixed my entire front end. I already paid for lifetime tire rotations when I bought the tires from you The fact you refused to do it is dishonest. Second is that absolutely nothing big O said I needed to fix before an alignment was possible was pure false. Nothing needed fixed. I got my alignment at Tire World with no hassle. Before it seemed more like a ma pa shop but now the inside is new, the parking lot is new and the workers are not the same friendly people. They are rude and impatient. What bothers me, is the person that worked with me did NOT speak fluent english and couldn't speak with me properly whereas that didn't happen before. I'm convinced ownership has changed for the worst! On the other hand t looks wayyyyy better. Buuuut no free WiFi. I'm disappointed in that one for sure. No coffee either. Just a vending machine. Left Costco tires disappointed they dont carry my brand but im glad this place was close. Just over a year ago I paid over $1000 bucks for 4 tires at Mercedes and here i am now needing at least 2 tires but really 4 because thats how 4 matics work. Sean was awesome. He found me 4 tires he could discount so it didnt make it so painful. Who buys tires every year? Apparently i do. Check this place out. I had to wait for my service, about an hour, but thanks to the Cosmo magazines it went by fast. And i hadn't picked up a magazine in years so it was nice to get my fashion info, who's in, what sex position works, why he broke up with you, horoscope, all within the hour. Sean brought up the idea of the 3 year extended warranty and of course i went with it. Im not buying tires for a while, i hope. But if you need tires, i recommend this place. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THESE PEOPLE.. Among more important stuff which I'll address later here, Terrible management is where we will start . I came in for tires and an alignment with an appointment. It sat for an hour before they got to it while the alignment bay sat empty, they can't change tires on the rack. They finally got my car in for the tires and as soon as they were done with the tires, they pulled another car in the alignment bay and put mine back in the lot while I still wait. 1/1/2 hours after my appointment for them to get to the alignment. Luckily this isn't brain surgery because if it was you'd die on the damn table... They finally got my truck on the rack only to say 20 minuets later they can't do the alignment. Their mechanics have no idea what they're talking about. They wouldn't align my truck because they said my brand new steering box, idler arm and tie rod ends were bad. SIMPLY THEIR ALIGNMENT KID DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO ADJUST TOE IN. They wanted to disconnect my intermediate steering shaft to straighten the steering wheel. Nothing but excuses and BS. This Is long but an important read before you visit this business. Spent a fortune getting tires that came with a lifetime warranty. Fast forward two years and 40,000 miles and I had a nail in my tire. I sent my son to have it repaired under the lifetime warranty and they said they couldn't fix it and wanted to quote him for four new tires. He told them he needed to go get the money and went to a different shop, who fixed the tire without issue. I spoke to Elise, the manager, and she fed me a bunch of crap about how they cant fix it if the tire is more than six years old (they're two years old) or if there's no tread (which there is). I told her that they weren't old and still had tread, and then she told me that there was cupping that was so bad it was into the secondary rubber where the steel threads are. That of course wasn't true either, and she decided she was more interested in holding to the lie than taking care of a customer, so we will no longer be a customer. Want to make it right? Pay me the $30 I spent having it repaired elsewhere. I still won't be back, but you could at least get me back the money I spent fixing something you sold me that supposedly has a lifetime warranty. read more

On our way to the funeral of a dear friend, the old tire on the van we were driving caused our whole vehicle to shake. We finally found our way, after a couple of failed attempts to resolve the situation ourselves, to Big O Tire. Lauren and leaders at this shop were amazing. They were compassion, professional, and fast. They quickly identified that the the layers of the 7 year old tire were separated. They concurred that it was a wonder the tire didn't fail on the freeway with a new teen driver at the wheel. A deadly situation could have easily developed. We all knew it would be unsafe to drive away on that tire. We live in Sanpete County, a drive that would have been far to long on the little "donut tire" available as a spare. Facing an unusual situation to pay for the tires, they cooperated with us, stepping outside of their usual way of doing things, to find a solution that worked for everyone. I have been happy with Big O Tire in general, but these folks were exceptional. We feel very grateful that this is the location we found during a stressful time. read more

Once they get your money, customer service disappears. I paid for 4 new tires and balancing. The balancing was not completed correctly and the vehicles shakes violently at common speeds. Took the vehicle back the following weekend to get fixed and was told I had to leave it, again, for them to fix the problem. I paid for a service I expect that service to be complete and not have to wait for something that should have been done correctly the first time and was already paid for. Very unprofessional! What can I say about this shop? Well let's start with the awesome attitude of the team. From getting out of the shop to help open doors for the elderly, to just simply asking how your day was. I have been hunting for wheels and tires for a month now. I had the opportunity to work with Alberto. I have seen his name here a few times in the reviews. All great reviews. Never heard of the man before but it is the reason I am here and to see others that had a 100% positive experience because of him speaks volumes. This man went above and beyond. One of two shops able to find what I was looking for with the right fitment. I went to discount, victors, les Schwab and a few other local shops. He was the one to put in the most work. I really appreciate all the hard work and dedication you have for your job and customers. I didn't not purchase my tires from the shop. Not because of anything negative. But Alberto seriously had my loyalties questioned. I do need a shop that can handle all my maintenance on when it comes to my tires, ball joints and many other things.
