Beware of the cunning front service man quoting you seems a good price for the job. He changed the price to higher halfway when working on your car. Saying there is more work needed to do. Came in expecting a quick and easy tire alignment left with a quote for 1300 Dollars because I had to have my "ball joint replaced". Went somewhere else and had the alignment done with the mechanic telling me nothing is wrong with my ball joint. I think this place is slimy and I WOULD NOT SUGGEST IT TO ANYONE. Not only wasting my time but taking 20 dollars from me to try and take 1300 from me left me angry to say the least. After I left the shop my check engine light was on so I had to drive back to have them clear it still not knowing why it was on once I got my car back in the first place. My Toyota Tacoma had a problem recently. Apparently it is state law that in order to pass the safety inspection, ALL of your lug nuts must be present. Well, my truck was missing one, broken off during a tire changing last year. How rare is that in a mechanic? And when I say "customer after customer", I'm not kidding. The place was busy! When a person learns of a good, honest mechanic, that mechanic has a customer for life. And in the end, they gave me 40% off of parts and 40% off of labor so that the cost came into line with the quote. You can't beat that! Having auto problems? I went to have my car alignment fixed. The guy told me I would have to fix some other things on my car and it would take 5 hours of labor to fix my car. I was quoted a price of $1500 to fix everything. I went to another mechanic for a 2nd opinion and was told that it would take one hour of labor and only spent $310 to fix everything. I wouldn't recommend going to a place that charges you close to $1200 more for something that can be fixed so easily. read more
