The silver metallic paint on my 2016 Mustang is not easily matched. They did a superb job painting all panels (both fenders,new bumper and hood) The shine and sheen are correct. 2. The wheel was refreshed by a guy they had come in, and he got it wrong both times. Johnathan was so good in getting a brand new wheel quickly. 3. I was dealing with a third part who was paying out of pocket to repair my car and the Valet team did an amazing job on dealing with the paperwork! 4. They did a super job detailing the vehicle before I got it back. The not so good. 1.The headlights were both replaced and they failed to adjust them. When I drove home they were pointing in completely different directions and not even close to correctly. 2. The bumper assembly was replaced and they didn't detail before painting. There are literally tabs and rough mold markings on the ends that should have been ground before painting. Small detail to some people but noticed by me. 3. Overspray on the windshield and gasket...should have been caught while detailing Overall as I said a 4.5. If heaven forbid I ever need another body shop, Valet will be my choice!

It was not her fault so she had to navigate all the requirements in seeing that the other person's insurance took care of the repair. This requires a lot of steps. My daughter insisted in handling this on her own, without her parents (us) stepping in to guide her or take the lead. I was nervous that this could have be a negative experience and one where she could be taken advantage of in the handling of the car repair. There was significant damage to her Subaru Crosstrek. The insurance listed Valley Collision as an authorized repair shop. This being near her home, it made sense to start with them. What a great experience she had with James Merril, the service advisor. He walked her through the process, made it easy for her to understand, and answered all of her questions. He communicated often about the process and progress of the car repair. He even had the work completed ahead of schedule. It was a wonderful experience...if you can call a car accident wonderful. As a parent, so appreciated James in helping my daughter gain more experience as she moves through adulting. So appreciate the level of service, the quality of service and the repair was excellent. Valley owed money and it took over a month to get it back all the while Broc of the Draper location lied about when it would be mailed out. When Jacob of the same location was confronted about the damage, he couldn't have cared less and said that's how they do it. Not very professional. My overall experience with Caliber Collision on 1489 S State St, SLC was not very good…read more From the photos, you can see the work done to my car helped improve its appearance from the accident but the overall quality of work is bad. After the repairs, the door line is still off and gaps much larger than it should, and you can see the bad Bondo work above the wheel well. When I picked my car up from Caliber, the wheel well liner clips were missing along with a clip on the door. The door also had broken loose plastic pieces rattling inside from when they removed the body trim, and the rear seat had a large water mark. What also adds to the bad experience is State Farm charged me an extra car-rental day because Caliber Collision told State Farm my car would be ready 09/21 but didn't notify me it was ready until 09/23, with the paid rental period expiring 09/22. Keighla T., from Caliber, told me a text message was sent to my phone 09/21 but I never received the text. Keighla's assistant then informed me their texting system sometimes doesn't work even though their system logs it as sent. Despite the fact that those final clips were not installed on my car until 09/23, Caliber was still insistent my car was "complete" 09/21 and State Farm, of course, sided with Caliber and charged me for the extra rental day. I would not recommend Caliber Collision. Aside from my bad experience with Caliber, this whole situation is the fault of the kilt-wearing alcoholic drunk driver, Ken, who hit my parked car in a Lowes parking lot in Lehi, UT, and was only caught due to their security cameras.
