The silver metallic paint on my 2016 Mustang is not easily matched. They did a superb job painting all panels (both fenders,new bumper and hood) The shine and sheen are correct. 2. The wheel was refreshed by a guy they had come in, and he got it wrong both times. Johnathan was so good in getting a brand new wheel quickly. 3. I was dealing with a third part who was paying out of pocket to repair my car and the Valet team did an amazing job on dealing with the paperwork! 4. They did a super job detailing the vehicle before I got it back. The not so good. 1.The headlights were both replaced and they failed to adjust them. When I drove home they were pointing in completely different directions and not even close to correctly. 2. The bumper assembly was replaced and they didn't detail before painting. There are literally tabs and rough mold markings on the ends that should have been ground before painting. Small detail to some people but noticed by me. 3. Overspray on the windshield and gasket...should have been caught while detailing Overall as I said a 4.5. If heaven forbid I ever need another body shop, Valet will be my choice!

Cannot recommend Valley Collision enough. This was my 20something adult daughter's first experience…read morein a car accident. It was not her fault so she had to navigate all the requirements in seeing that the other person's insurance took care of the repair. This requires a lot of steps. My daughter insisted in handling this on her own, without her parents (us) stepping in to guide her or take the lead. I was nervous that this could have be a negative experience and one where she could be taken advantage of in the handling of the car repair. There was significant damage to her Subaru Crosstrek. The insurance listed Valley Collision as an authorized repair shop. This being near her home, it made sense to start with them. What a great experience she had with James Merril, the service advisor. He walked her through the process, made it easy for her to understand, and answered all of her questions. He communicated often about the process and progress of the car repair. He even had the work completed ahead of schedule. It was a wonderful experience...if you can call a car accident wonderful. As a parent, so appreciated James in helping my daughter gain more experience as she moves through adulting. So appreciate the level of service, the quality of service and the repair was excellent. The tech cut a wiring harness instead of disconnecting it and also cut the video feed to the rear camera both of which had to be replaced at the owners' expense. Then the rear bumper was placed in the bed upside down which scratched the plastics and those too had to be replaced at the owner's expense. Valley owed money and it took over a month to get it back all the while Broc of the Draper location lied about when it would be mailed out. When Jacob of the same location was confronted about the damage, he couldn't have cared less and said that's how they do it. Not very professional. The only good thing about this location was the lady at the front counter. She was very nice and polite. Body and paint were adequate, but could have been better
