The experience was sub par. They did get my parents into a car but a big red flag that I saw was…read morethis: I was checking the oil in all the vehicles my parents wanted to test drive and I smelled the oil in a WHITE 2018 HONDA CRV and smelled a strong odor of gasoline. When I told the salesman about it his reply was "well I'm not a mechanic" and he just put it back on the lot. Didn't do anything to get it pulled from inventory or repaired. That is a bad sign of oil dilution and it's essentially a grenade. I hope no one buys the WHITE2018 HONDA CRV at the temple drive time. The other issue I had was the salesman input my mother SSN incorrectly. I mean she gave him the number twice and the fact he input it wrong caused a huge delay that made the whole process take about 5-6 hours when it could of been done in two and a half. The interest rates are very high expect to put a down payment even if they tell you you won't need one. But my main point I want to make is DO NOT BUY THE WHITE 2018 HONDA CRV. It's going to be a money pit and probably leave you in a worse place than where you started. I just want to save someone time, money, and headaches. If my parents weren't in such a bind to get a vehicle I would've walked out after I saw how they neglected to do anything about the ticking time bomb on their lot. I pray they don't dupe someone into buying that one.

It is now June and I have spent over 2,000.00 repairing this vehicle on things that should have been checked and replaced. The people who work there are extremely nice and helpful. I'm upset that people who claim to sell a quality product yet 5 months in I'm 2,000.00. In the hole. Total garbage.

Despite all the reviews I've read on other sites about how wonderful this dealership is, I decided…read moreto give it a go. Most of the reviews were mixed, and those that were good praised the man we were suggested to speak with, Dana. Their vehicles looked decent on the website and they were offering low downpayments and good financing options, so we decided it was worth a try. After calling the dealership, we decided to check it out. We had a pretty good feeling about it. They sounded reasonable and said there were several options for our requested vehicle, something that could seat 7, both in minivans and SUVs. Since we were more partial to an SUV due to their safety records, we were pretty happy to go look what they had to offer. They even took our information so they could run our credit and make sure we'd be approved before we even bothered to drive all the way out there. Everything looked good, so why not? Well, there are just some things you don't like to hear from a car dealer. "The car door is stuck in the locked position and we can't figure out how to get it unlocked," just so happens to be one of them. Shrugs and unknowing looks when you ask that simple repairs be made before purchase isn't another thing you like to see. The best yet was, "It's missing a partial rear seat, but you can get one at any local pick and pull." Um...what? So I have to buy this car and before I've even driven it off the lot, I've got to make repairs? Now, minor repairs on a used car are something I've come to expect. Not all of them are going to be in flawless condition. That's what you've got to expect when you're buying a used car. It's just a reality of anything with "used" in the description. However, a lot of these vehicles weren't even what I'd consider "good" condition. Many of them could be described as "average" and some of them even "fair". This is something that should concern any buyer. Did I mention the selection we were offered? The "several minivans and SUVs" we were told about over the phone turned out to be exactly three minivans. The SUVs we insisted we look at turned out to have had parts removed to prevent them from having the capacity we desired. What can I say, I'm partial to suburbans, but they couldn't offer us so much as one SUV. Being smart shoppers, we came armed with information. This was apparently a mistake. I searched the blue book values of the vehicles online, just to be sure we weren't being ripped off. It's a good thing I did. All of the cars were listed at at least $1500 above their suggested retail. On top of that, they all had damages, flaws, and other problems that would lower the price at any other reputable dealer. Just for fun I looked up the price for what some of these cars would be listed as from personal sales instead of dealerships. In the case of the car they were trying to push our way, they were asking nearly $3000 more than the car would have been worth in the "fair" condition it would have been listed in by Kelly Blue Book standards. Again, being smart shoppers, we decided to haggle the price. We wanted them to come down to earth on their pricing. I could understand if they were selling just above suggested retail, but there was a huge problem of the vehicles all being very flawed. However, Dana, the manager that everyone praised in other reviews, refused to budge on the prices by even one cent. He offered us a discount if we agreed to pay the remaining balance when our taxes came in, but the discount still wasn't even close to the suggested retail of the minivan we were offered that had just had a lot of work done to get it running and may still need a good deal of work before we would even want to consider putting our kids in it. He told us, "If you're looking at the blue book prices you should have them send you a car!" This turned out to be the first of many sarcastic and unpleasant remarks. This was followed by offers for financing which were incredibly steep and weren't at all what was advertised online. When the comment was made that the financing seemed rather steep, he informed us that he wasn't willing to sell to us anymore, all because we were intelligent customers that did our homework. In short, if you don't care about the quality of your vehicle or the suggested retail value of the car, and are just looking to take the best deal you can get to finance you with bad credit, go for it. However, if you're actually looking for a quality car at a realistic price, I would look elsewhere. This place will go out of their way to rip off it's customers, clearly doesn't know anything about the cars they bring in, and are just looking to make a good profit off of whoever they can con into buying from them. I would question how they stay open, but with the scary profits they must be making off of their sales, I suppose I shouldn't be too shocked.
