I also got a watch adjusted from their watch department and was very satisfied. Unfortunately they were short of staff, so the wait exceeded 30 minutes. The adjustment was complimentary. The hoisery department was my primary department and back then hose was a popular item! We had senior discounts and sales and the department often got really busy which was great because the shift would fly by! The management were all kind and the other sales associates were, too! The patrons were nearly all great to help and deal with! I especially enjoyed the employee discount I got and was able to get Christmas gifts at a deep discount because of that! Sometimes there is confusion with other Hilltop stores at the intersection so keep in mind there is signage. The Shops at Hilltop are located on the Southeast corner off the intersection of Laskin and First Colonial. All the shops are collectively known as The Shoppes of Hilltop. However, the break it down by East and West. Customers have one access point off First Colonial and three off Laskin. If there is a drawback it's the bottleneck on the First Colonial side during rush. I have never had an issue with parking. The lot can be a bit hit or miss on debris. They do have a few security guards that patrol. I have never felt unsafe. The stores I frequent the most are Fruitive, Fresh Market, Bottlecraft, Bakers Crust, Cobalt Grille, Tino and Nectar. A few more in between as there are a lot of stores. My family enjoy the Shoppes at Hilltop and I would recommend working them in your rotation. Many are local businesses which is more reason.
