    I was on the mission to find throw blankets, so what better place to find them at than At Home store. Its a place to find all kinds of fun things for your home. Each aisle has alot to look at. My fav is the candles and air freshener aisle. If you look through you'll find clearance items all over the store!! Oh how clearance items make me smile. Anyways i had to make a game plan because i could seriously blow my budget and 2 other people's budgets if you let me!! Lol. There were so many wonderful colors and really nice things in there. The cashier was nice and we talked while she rang me up... I had alot of fun in there. I think you should definitely stop by!!

    I always love at home. But this one is falling I feel. The parking lot is gross. Trash absolutely everywhere. We are always so impressed with the holidays section! They had lots of Halloween ready and even starting on Christmas! I feel like that is where all the attention goes though. Because the rest of the store wasn't that great. It was a mess the aisles were messy with stuff all over the place. Nothing seemed organized. With a little more care I feel like this store would look and feel better.

    I always enjoy walking through At Home store for decor inspiration. They have a excellent selection of decorative pillows, holiday decorations, wall decor, rugs, furniture and so much more. I like that the store is organized, even though the store is large, I can quickly find what I am looking for. Their employees have been helpful in helping me find stuff I saw online.

    This is the kind of store I like, love and dislike all in one. LIKE: Location. it's conveniently located right off the North Battlefield main drag; it's the place to be for business traffic. LOVE: Selection. It's called "At Home" for a reason. Lots of interesting things that change based on the season--it's like a Super Walmart for just home stuff. Items you didn't know you'd ever like, much less purchase, are here. DISLIKE: Quality. The overwhelming source country for these items is China. I know, no surprise, but the quality of many of these items is substandard. Looks nice, but longevity is questionable. For example, several of the wicker storage chests with padded tops were frayed and in disrepair; a random sample of chairs wobble when placed on the ground and sat upon, etc. When aggregated together, At Home is an average 3-star experience. The "Like" and "Love," however, override the Dislike and will keep me coming back if nothing more than to look around at their incredible selection.

    Loved this place! I've heard they have tons of holiday decor and other things from some co-workers but since I live in Virginia Beach I don't often end up in Chesapeake. Since I was already there to go look at furniture I figured this was the time. It's not easy to find - being that it is near the Walmart circle and on the outside it said "My Place" or something.... I didn't see anything that said Garden Ridge but when I called their number from the internet that is the name they used to answer. So we drove past it about 2-3 times before we finally pulled in. That was somewhat irritating - not going to lie. On my first visit I saw a ton of Halloween decorations and some newly placed Christmas stuff. I could spend some money on decor in there for sure. They had a bunch of other stuff, some chairs and furniture, a bunch of things for the kitchen (cooking, storage, cleaning, organization), some party plates and decor, fake plants, bathroom storage and decor, wall art, lamps, etc. etc. You could find some real goodies in here and I wish I had known and come there when I first moved to the beach and had to buy everything... Ah well, I know now!

    The store is nice in that it has plenty of options for any possible choice in decor you could want. The staff doesn't seem to care about customer service. They do not pay attention to detail even when you make requests or point things out. My husband and I specifically asked for the military discount and after a $250 transaction, forgot to give it to us. All they could offer was a gift card in return. If it weren't for their unenthusiastic employees, I would probably be here a lot more.

    I wanted to shop for Fall stuff, but I might as well get Christmas stuff too since it's already in stock in August!

    Urg! This place has a lot of stuff, so whatever you're looking for it's here! But some items I find a little too expensive. I've found same or similar items cheaper elsewhere, so be careful on the prices.

    Haven't been in here since it was garden ridge and it hasnt changed since This place has everything you could possibly want for your home and then some and if you're looking to decorate for the holidays this is the place for you. There were chairs for your home, rugs, outdoor furniture, kitchen essentials galore. I really had to stop myself from buying something, just to buy it. Gt2est place to decorate a first apartment, dorm room or home. I did think some of the items were a little overpriced for what the items were but it made up for it in other things i saw. The furniture was definately overpriced but some might not think so.

    Always love coming to this store. This weekend I took my mother-in-law to show her the store, since she doesn't have one where she lives. We had fun shopping around until we checked out. Mike D. was extremely rude. I had seen a sponsored add on Instagram regarding a coupon and he swore "Athome doesn't do Instagram" He didn't even try to accomadate us at all and was overall just very short with us. He sucks and should stick to stocking shelves if he doesn't like talking to people. Jerk.

    Lovely place to go for some patio furniture!…read more My girlfriend and I went there to outfit our newly built patio with some furniture (okay, the patio was built in spring, we are just now getting around to buying furniture lol!) and their selection and prices were fantastic! When we went into the store, Brigitte welcomed is us right away with a warm small and a lovely German accent. She told us she'd let us browse for a bit to get a feel for the store, and would come see is in a couple of minute, but that we could grab her if we had some questions. This was really nice, because it kind of took the pressure off that you get in a lot of other patio stores like this. Being able to just browse without having someone trying to sell you on everything was awesome. True to her word, after 5 minutes or so, she showed back up to gauge or interest and find out more about our space. After listening to our needs, she made some great recommendations and we found something that we liked! Best of all, they delivered and assembled the product for us. All around this was a great experience and I'll be recommending my parents and friends to shop here! Thank you Brigitte for the great experience!

Through the company's chat feature, I placed an entertainment center on lay away. Yes, I too, wasn't even sure there was such a thing anymore. But, apparently there still is. The terms were 25% down. I graciously supplied my credit card number. When the purchase price was fully paid, the item would be shipped. There was NO mention of a 20% penalty if I cancelled the order. And in an email receipt I received, there is no mention of a 20% penalty. [I would attach it, but it has personal information, and I don't fee like redacting it] When I called to cancel, this snarky representative obtusely insisted that I had received a receipt with these terms. Well, not only was that untrue, but she couldn't get through her tiny little brain that stating there was a 20% penalty AFTER the transaction does the consumer no good. So, I have communicated to FIG my dissatisfaction. I have notified the Missouri Secretary of State Consumer Protection Division. They will open a file, but little will be done. Additionally, I will file a civil lawsuit with claims of fraud and violation of Missouri Consumer Protection statutes. This is exactly how companies get clobbered with large verdicts and damage awards. The biggest effect will be--I hope--potential, would-be FIG customers will be warned by this review and refrain from doing business with it. I like Nebraska Furniture Mart as an alternative. I also have received some nice pieces from Article.com. I don't receive anything from them for my endorsement. I just like their products and customer service. You might too. I have attached a response from the company hiding behind a "link" it believes gives consumers notice of its intent to steal its customers money.
