Reviews looked great on Yelp and Google so we thought we'd give it a try. Immediately we were welcomed by David and he was so nice and friendly. He talked to us about how Virginia Furniture has been a family-owned business for over 40 years. He gave us enough space to look around but also gave us all the honest info we needed to make a decision. We decided on a sofa, loveseat, chair, and a 3-piece table set for $2300. It was a great deal. Delivery was scheduled for the next weekend, and they also haul our old furniture out. I even had my pick of a free item as a thank you for our purchase. I chose a silicone oven mitt. I will be coming back in the future, next time we need furniture.

We opted to have our sofa and loveseat delivered. That went smoothly, they unpacked/positioned the furniture in our rec room and disposed of the shipping crates too. Upon discovering a manufacturer defect on the back of the sofa frame, Nihad ordered us a replacement couch immediately. They re-delivered the new one and hauled the other one away, no questions asked. New one is perfect! They stand behind the quality of their products and do what it takes to ensure that their customers are happy.

Usually for the houses I flip, I pick a package that's in stock. There are pretty good selections. Stainless steels, Black, name brands, and etc. There's also scratch and dents selections for deep discount counts as well. If there is a particular appliance that you are looking for, just ask and they will try to get it for you. I was able to get my appliances for way cheaper than what Best Buy was offering. Home Depot and Lowe's didn't have my brand/model. So I'm super happy about that. They also deliver and set up your appliance. The delivery guys were quick with the set up and nice. FYI - There's no "showroom" and it feels like a mom and pop shop you're walking into so keeping an open mind will help the experience LOL!!

After this purchase I have vowed to only buy appliances directly from the original stores along with a warranty. The two salespeople we worked with were patient and knowledgeable. The furniture they carry is quality, expensive but quality. We ordered a custom kitchen table which arrived early than expected. The delivery crew called us before they were supposed to arrive and we were not home yet, so they returned when they specified. The bench we ordered clearly broke while on the truck. The delivery team took a quick photo and sent it in. No apology from them or Espirt. No updates - nothing for a month until I called. Meanwhile, we paid in full and waited 5 weeks for the bench to be repaired. The delivery team just notified us they aren't coming today. They ordered or delivered the wrong bench legs. I will not be returning here. We are very happy with the table but espirit did not make it. Just ordered it.
