Brooke, the class instructor, is always such a highlight. She's incredibly knowledgeable about all things Williams Sonoma--from cookware to ingredients--and truly makes every demo approachable and enjoyable. She always greets me by name the moment I walk in, which speaks volumes about the welcoming, community feel these classes have built over time. It's one of my favorite Sunday rituals. Today's class was all about learning to cook rib eye steak using their Chimichurri Rub--and let me tell you, it smelled just as good as it tasted. I asked Brooke if I could livestream the session, and while she kindly preferred not to be on camera, she allowed photos as long as she wasn't in them. I totally respected that--being someone who also prefers to stay behind the lens myself. After class, I went straight to the store, picked up the Chimichurri Crunch jar, and decided to recreate the experience at home with some filet mignon and roasted potatoes. Let me just say: WOW. That flavor brought the meal to life, both as a marinade and finishing sauce. The sample in-store was delicious, but making a full dinner with it at home sealed the deal. This is definitely a product I'll be repurchasing. If you haven't been to one of these classes, you're missing out. They're hands-on, informative, and always inspire me to try something new.
