When I did have questions, Chris G. was right there to provide thorough answers. The washer I chose was not in stock, but they were able to receive it quickly, and I was contacted for delivery as soon as possible. The delivery team was amazing, and took better care of moving the old washer out and new washer in than my husband would have. They ensured everything was correctly hooked up, and then started the washer to ensure no leaks were present. I could not have asked for a better experience.

On East Coast Appliance return policy it states that if your product is not working correctly within 24 hours they will replace it. I did just that and it still is not working properly. I feel the fridge should have been replaced by East Coast and they can work with the manufacturer to fix it. I purchased it in July and it still doesn't work properly!

I found great deals on PJ's socks and gift bags. They had Christmas sweaters as well all were percentages off... Christmas Eve! I am sure their pickings were plentiful when the season approached and for that reason alone this will be my first stop next year the day after Thanksgiving! The lines were were pretty long, but the cashiers moved the lines quite swiftly. If you don't mind shopping in clutter or searching high and low for deals, then this is the place for you!
