At the checkout she told me my total with 75, but I informed her that they were on sale. She checked the box and said they weren't. I had no interest in going back to the shelf and showing her the sign, and it was the same shoes. So I left without making a purchase. So be wary if you attempt to find shoes, take a picture of the sign so you don't have to go back because apparently they aren't aware of their sales.

I always get her foot measured before I buy her new shoes, so I'm not sure why they couldn't do this. The employee then asked what size shoe she wore, I told her and she proceeded to tell me that they didn't carry her shoe size, even though I have purchased shoes for her at the same chain (different location) before. The employee just seemed uninterested in assisting me, so I ended up leaving. This store is very convenient to my home and I hate that I don't want to visit again due to this experience.
