This location was recently renovated and feels more spacious and appealing! This store has tons of cute home goods and trinkets to choose from! I always manage to find unique toys at Burlington as well. The staff is doing a great job keeping everyone safe. They have hand sanitizer and face masks readily available at their main store entry! The store has social distance decals and floor stickers through out the store as well. Burlington continues to surprise me with each visit emerging as a true diamond in the rough.

This location seems to be well versed in their variety of styles and they stay very busy. Everything seemed to be well organized, the layout of the store itself flowed which made shopping that much easier. I needed to get a few dresses for an upcoming vacation, their selection wasn't that bad. They had all types of dresses in a plethora of sizes, their prices are also priced well. I was able to score a very nice jumper for under $30! Customer service is slacking at this location, if you are in need of help you are better off asking Siri, the employees are non existent. Even checking out we had no idea which lanes were open and had to ask someone. Overall it was not a bad visit, may not be up to par with other department stores like them but worth the visit!

Re: Incident at store on 2/22/26…read more My family and I are locals/regular shoppers here and frequently use delivery services. We've never had issues; staff, stock, and freshness have always been great. On 2/22 around 4pm, I was shopping and briefly used the restroom. As the sign states, "no merchandise beyond this point," I left my cart (6-7 items) outside. I was gone less than five minutes. When I returned, my cart was gone. No customers were nearby--only one employee who had entered the restroom while I was inside and another about 30 feet away on a device. Assuming staff moved my cart thinking it was abandoned, I politely asked the nearby employee (male, early-mid 20s) if he knew what happened. Without looking up, he said, "I don't know, dude." I calmly asked if he could help find out. He responded, "Nobody is paying attention to your cart, go ask somebody else." When I asked if he could get someone to help, he said, "I don't care about your cart, dude, stop asking me." His tone was dismissive from the start. When I expressed frustration, he said, "It's time for you to go," and threatened to physically remove me. I replied, "Try to remove me or take me to your manager, but if you touch me, I'm going to hurt you." My voice remained level; I requested a manager throughout. He continued posturing and gesturing for me to leave. I approached another associate (who said he spoke Arabic) and used Google Translate to ask if he knew whether my cart had been moved. Meanwhile, the first employee was repeatedly yelling, "Leave him alone, get out now!" He finally left to get his manager, so I trailed him to the front of the store hoping to speak with them. He spoke to who I believe was the Front End Manager, Michelle (late 40s/early 50s). Before I could speak, she asked, "Did you say you were going to f*ck him up?" I clarified that I only said he would get hurt if he put hands on me after threatening to remove me. She cut me off, saying, "I don't care what happened, you shouldn't have said that," and told me to leave. Within seconds she called law enforcement. I told her I would wait to speak with officers. I was visibly upset but did not raise my voice, use profanity, or threaten anyone. Deputy Waters arrived, listened to my account, was understanding, and asked to review camera footage; Michelle refused. He asked to speak to the employees involved; she refused. She declined to answer any of the officers' questions, repeating that she wanted me out and I wouldn't leave. She called a Jennifer Hayden at one point but would not allow officers to speak with her. From what I gleaned, she was told not to trespass me but to "leave and come back tomorrow." Two additional officers arrived. They explained that as a private business, Walmart could require me to leave without reason and that local branches frequently refused to cooperate with law enforcement. About 90 minutes after entering the store, I was escorted out by three officers without ever receiving assistance locating my cart or items. The officers were professional and sympathetic, and provided instructions for obtaining the police report and filing a complaint through Walmart corporate. Since 2/24, I've contacted Customer Care, filed an Ethics Report (no follow-up yet despite a promised 24-hour response), and was told to expect contact from an Asset department in 3-5 business days. I've also called multiple departments at area stores trying to reach someone in charge of the Ashland Neighborhood Market, with no success. While I understand Walmart handles high call volumes, the lack of accountability or accessible resolution after such an incident is deeply frustrating. It is apparent that Walmart intentionally makes their customer service processes convoluted to force people to give up and drop it, which ethically I refuse to do. I have no ill will toward anyone involved, but I will continue pursuing resolution to make sure the staff members involved are held accountable, and that this location is a safe, non-retaliatory environment for my wife and me to return as customers.
