The store is nicely laid out and easy to navigate. It's clean and bright and I found the assortment of women's clothes was much nicer than the Boca store. The shoe department was really good too. I ended up picking up a nice pair of sandals. The checkout line was long, but the police kept it moving and it went quickly. All in all it was a nice little shopping experience and I know I will be back.

I have been here several times and there has been only a single checkout aisle and four self checkouts that are usually out of order with only one working. I asked the cashier why only one live person checkout and she says they are short staffed yet there are many employees visible all over the store. The general manager of this store should be fired immediately.

But we do okay with a few household items, accessories, and comfortable shorts for my husband. They used to carry a brand of costume bracelets I liked -- and I keep looking for them -- but no longer. Of course, last month when I was browsing and had a birthday discount, I couldn't find anything. We were having lunch on the other side of the shopping center and decided to stop by. Today, I found some pool flip flops and a new pair of inexpensive designer sunglasses -- for the pool, too -- as well. It's nice to know they are here. I'm sure if we are in the area, we would stop by again.

It's pretty much a standard Walmart. We were only on the grocery side, however. The store was very well stocked. In fact, they were adding additional items to the shelves as we were shopping. And it was fairly neat considering they were so busy. We were able to get exactly what we wanted fairly quickly. We'd looked online and luckily, they did indeed have the items in the store, itself. We browsed a few other aisles while we were there as well just to see if they had anything else we needed. The longest bit of our visit was checking out. I drop in here on Monday mornings because it is much cleaner and more organized than on the weekend. They also have a 55+ discount on everything in the store. I love their baby section because it is so much cheaper than shopping online or some of the big box stores. They have great toys and baby accessories. On this most recent visit I noticed how much Halloween holiday stuff they had out. It is literally one stop shopping for home decor and costumes for all the kiddos. Their prices are great and they always have the most stylish clothes.

They have such a large selection of household items and all at great prices compared to other stores. I have founds lots of outdoor and garden decor, but it seems like the selection is dwindling lately. I've also scored some really nice new accent blankets, bathroom towels, rugs, and mirrors. My latest hunt has been for storage boxes and bins. They have the best selection - better than bed bath and beyond! Home Goods is definitely helping me become more organized at home. The reason I docked a star is because they seem very understaffed. The line to return or checkout is usually long and slow. They had 3 registers open but about 15 people in line and it took 20 minutes to get up to the register. And when I did, the woman took a call during my transaction without saying hold on please. The call took another 10 minutes. When she finished that call, someone walked up to the register to ask a question and I was ignored again while she helped this person. I feel once a customer arrives to a register, there shouldn't be distractions like that. It took a total of 40 minutes between standing in line and then waiting for the woman at the register to help everyone else. That's a bit extreme of a wait time. I hope they can fix the staffing issues so it doesn't ruin more people's experiences. I'll definitely still shop here because their prices and selection can't be beat.
