The service technicians were top notch. Dillon Hill is an asset to M and F. Already at a loss of $5000, and 4 months later, my stress was at an all-time high that I had made the worst purchase decision of my entire life. I'm a big believer in supporting small business in Albuquerque and I believe in giving people the opportunity to make it right. I contacted the general manager, he's a busy man and very hard to get a hold of, but the quality of our conversations was worth the wait. He made me an offer to buy back the vehicle and allow me to cut my losses completely, or he could help set up a really good deal on another vehicle if I gave it another shot. We took him up on that offer because I feel that he was acting in good faith and wanted to make it right. We ended up buying another vehicle after he paid off the one that gave us so much trouble. In being fair and taking such good care of my family, this dealership has gained a life long customer. I would recommend them to any friend or family member looking for a reliable used vehicle.     My journey in purchasing a car started a while back. Not exaggerating....now in August it's been 2…read moreyears that I've not owned a vehicle. Renting vehicles left and right trying all sorts of midsized cars to oversized suvs. In the past few months I've had to buckle down and focus which for me can be hard at times *SQUIRREL!!* see what I mean! Ive test-driven quite a few privately owned vehicles and dealership vehicles not feeling quite comfortable enough to put down a chunk of money on. The beginning of my 5 rating goes back to Tuesday middle of the night. hmmm..1am perhaps browsing Craigslist. Mind you I've only had my eyes set on a Toyota Camry or Toyota RAV but I saw this Nissan that caught my eye so I emailed owner not realizing at that moment it was a dealership. I was contacted the next day, set gps, pulled up and realized it was a dealership. To be honest I'm always weary of dealerships and car salesmen so I was hesitant to get down but decided I had nothing to lose. The gentleman that was emailing me came out to met me. He made me feel at ease right away. He was able to answer every question I had without hesitation where as I've seen in some salesman as they stop for even a moment to come up with an answer...I know..they are reaching. i Took car for a test drive and felt more at ease and safe in this vehicle than any of the other cars I'd taken for a spin in the past few months. Upon return more questioned ensued with clear cut answers. Now on a first name basis Adrian showed me other cars in my price range. I never felt pressure from him which I thought was amazing and exceptional!! Everything from questions on Bluetooth to the mileage on the car had simple answers. The company mission and motto was explained to me a few times which I thought was great. The importance of earning a lifelong client outweighs the sale or profit of a car and the fact that their company is working with and for the community, to me, outweighs options from other car companies. Friendly & enthusiastic employees, great work ethics, top notch selection of inventory, good warranty package, perfect location, and the willingness to work with a clients budget will have me recommending Love Auto time & time again!

    I have been looking for a truck for a couple months. I went by here on my way home after another…read moredealer tried to cheat me on my trade in. Walked in Oscar greeted me at front, took me back to desk, explaining how CarMax works. Did an excellent job breaking down process. I explained what I was looking for. He pulled up some options. Oscar had an appraiser go evaluate my truck while we evaluated the 2 I liked. Appraisal was more than one , but lower than other dealers. KEY is they don't require you to sell it to them. Truck I liked would cost me $199 to have it delivered from UT for a test drive. I paid, 10 days later after inspected/prepped, I drove it. During the 10 days Oscar & system kept me updated of shipping status. Zero haggling or problems during the appraisal, search, shipping, test drive & final sale. Final paperwork takes a while, so be prepared to wait. Business office staff broke down the paperwork, easy explanation of cost. Thereby making you feel you are not being taken. I called two days later to confirm with Brittany (in business office) if everything was a go, because I will be going to TX soon. I am worried about my temporary plates expiring. She explained everything is great, but would personally watch out for them. THAT IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, because I feel I no longer need to worry about this. Brittany is on top of it. There are many different sales persons in the building, young, older, male, female, of color, Spanish speaking, so absolutely no reason you can't find someone to feel comfortable with in your vehicle search. Now that said I highly recommend Oscar (attached his photo) You are able to ask for him personally if you wish. Funny that wife & I found him easy to work with even though we have adult grand-kids his age. Young but a hard worker & quick to get you the answers you need.

He took all the info and told me it'd take about 40 mins to get the quote. 15mins later he tells me I have an offer. Gives me a quote higher than I expected - woohoo! Went to the business office did the paperwork, got my check and was out the door within an hour. Now the wait for new car to come in begins...

    Review of High Desert Wholesale & High Desert Mechanic Shop…read more I purchased a vehicle from High Desert Wholesale and initially had a positive experience with the sales team. They were polite and professional. However, during the purchase process there were repeated delays due to poor communication between the sales side and their mechanic shop. Sales staff frequently had to reschedule and apologize because the maintenance department was not coordinating effectively. I was told clearly that I had 15 days to return with any issues. Shortly after purchase, I discovered the vehicle had an aftermarket ballast installed. I assumed the dealership was aware of this. I later had the vehicle inspected and was informed that not only did the ballast require replacement, but the vehicle also had an SRS airbag system fault -- a serious safety issue. I was quoted approximately $500 for repairs. When I informed the shop that I wanted my vehicle returned so I could seek repairs elsewhere, I was pressured to continue repairs with them. When I insisted on retrieving my property, the situation was escalated to the owner. The owner spoke to me in a dismissive and belittling manner, questioned my decision, and implied I was foolish for not allowing them to perform the work. I reiterated that I no longer felt comfortable having their business work on my vehicle and simply wanted my keys returned. After going back inside, a staff member promptly provided my keys without issue. The sales staff were professional. My concerns center on: * Poor internal communication between departments * A safety-related SRS fault discovered shortly after purchase * Pressure to proceed with repairs after I stated I wanted my property returned * Unprofessional communication from ownership I recommend buyers have any vehicle independently inspected immediately and pay close attention to the 15-day window.

He allowed me to put a deposit on the car and give me first right of refusal. He greeted me as soon as I arrived, handed me the keys and said take it out for a test drive. After taking it out I told him I would buy it. He took me through all of the paperwork in a timely and efficient manner. He showed me the paperwork for what they had done to the car to prepare it, they were very thorough. We then went out together and went through the whole car checking everything. He answered all of my questions. I would recommend them for a quality used vehicle and professionalism.
