Got a little attitude when we ordered a drink "up" and received an ice filled creamy cocktail and the waitress snidely responded..."up" is with ice"!! If she's so confident, she should have referred to Google and apologized. We specifically said "Manhattan up, add Kahlua, instead of vermouth".
