Main gate was broken for a long time, took way too long to get "fixed" and even then the display was blank. On the bright side of that, it made me use the alternate gate which you can get in & out of without exiting your car, unlike the main gate. Staff often missing from the office during business hours, no "out on property, be right back" note posted.

The gentleman that assisted us were very welcoming and friendly and they had a great promotion for a 5x10 storage for $49 a month so we took it! Also, we had our u-haul trailer that needed to get dropped off at another location, but we were able to drop it off at Storage Max which saved us time and made it so much easier! I highly recommend to come here, great service and great staff :)

I asked the owner to check his cameras and got a reply of, what time frame and ill check. Didnt hear back from him. I had to ask if anything was found out weeks later, just to get a No reply. I went to pick up my boat today to take it home to work on it and noticed a battery box cover on the ground by my covered spot. We checked out the spots near ours and found 3 RVs that had their batreries cut out. I messaged the owner immediately with photos to let him know that he needed to check the cameras because looks like more stolen batteries and his reply was "what am I looking for?" They advertise security cameras, but dont expect anything to happen if ur property is stolen or damaged here. Lock up all ur things and make sure u take ur batteries with u if u dont want them cut out and stolen. No real security here. More cameras need to be added if the crime keeps happening over & over so that they can catch a thiefs license plate, description or something they can report to the police and look out for. They could also show a bit of concern for their customers property as well.

All three carts have been here for at least 10 years and look like they belong on the side of the dump. They're missing wheels, they bump because some of the wheels have flats, and they're very difficult to move. Take out a health insurance policy if you're going to use them because you're probably gonna end up hurting Yourself Instead of helping yourself.
