I certainly didn't feel ripped off, and felt bad that they worked until sun down to get the job done in a short time. They removed 4 trees from my property and were able to do all the processing and grinding on site as well as included disposal. They even set up construction signs outside my house to help neighbors avoid the debris and understand the situation at a glance.

I finally reached back out, he came for another onsite visit where we added one more small tree and the removal of some bushes.
