Tip bucket...
Tim F.

Had high expectations for them was all ready for a good hot dog, I got the audible, jalapeño, chopped onion, pickle relish. Was a short wait to get my lunch, and was unimpressed when I noticed they had put 3 packs of pickle relish with my hot dog... come on packs of pickle relish ya got fresh cut onions and fresh cut jalapeños and you give packs of pickle relish.. so glad I didn't get ketchup or mustard probably more packs.. Hot dog was kinda warm, bun was meh.. over all was a meh meal can't say I would go back, I do get ya have a down day at times, hopefully this was just a bad day.. But the upside is I did donate to help save a kid from getting a mullet..

Wilson on top and a Seadog the lower
Jeff N.

My wife and just got back from Lake Stevens' farmers market where Big dogs food truck was at so after we wandered around and checked out the venders displays we decided to give them a try. In all honesty this isn't my first big dog meal but it has been a while and I can't remember what I had then but I do remember it was a good meal then and that was consistent with tonight's order. So my wife ordered the "Wilson" , and I ordered the "Seadog". The hotdogs that you get are a beef dog nice snap when you take a bite it's not a speciality wiener but it is a good foundation, their buns are a hoggy roll while not a traditional hotdog bun I think this allows them to be generous with the add ons. Check out their menu to see what's available I think you'll appreciate the quality ingredients they use my Sea dog was delicious my wife has not eaten her dog so I can't give any info on the "Wilson" uh also just a side note it's time to come up with a new name for that item Russell Wilson isn't on the team anymore. So to sum it up wait time to order wasn't bad and the time to get our order wasn't bad either so if you happen to come across Big Dogs at an event I think you'll be happy getting a " Big Dog "

Audible with sauerkraut, garlic aioli, and jalapenos

This was okay..the hot dog was big. Size of Costco hot dog. The jalapenos were lame and had no heat. The garlic aioli was not flavorful and seemed like flavored mayonnaise. Not really worth $7.00.

My Mr.'s Diesel Dog at the top, my Dirty Dog with a Polish and a pickle on the bottom.

So glad Big Dog's moved to Monroe, much closer for my hot dog fix. Had another Dirty Dog yesterday with a Polish sausage and a pickle spear, the best combo, IMHO. My Mr. had the Diesel Dog which features a Louisiana hot link, cheese sauce, bacon and spicy BBQ sauce, he said he would give it 5 stars for the heat alone. You will notice, we couldn't wait to take a picture, but just dove right in. Anybody can make a hot dog, but the fresh ingredients and topping combinations make Big Dog's a special treat!

Rock out with your "Hawk" out and enjoy a dog

I was stopping by the bank on the border of downtown Monroe around lunch time and remembered finding out there was a highly rated hot dog truck near by. Instead of looking it up, funny enough all I had to do was look around. And there it was, a big decked out in Seahawks colors food truck sitting on a lot right off the main street heading out of Monroe. Easy to get to, quick, in & out, 5 bucks, and a variety of fun flavors. The dog and bun have quality, but the taste combinations that are tweaked up with the toppings are the stand out. I do agree with some of the reviews that it would be great if they found a way to do grilled onions and peppers. That would do wonders to what they offer. No surprise that the choices are Seattle and Seahawk themed. I went with one of their trademark favs, smothered with cheese sauce, bacon, and jalapenos. Delicious and gone in a matter of moments. They are only around in the early afternoon, so the timing has to be right. But if it is ever right again, I will surely stop by with a five dollar bill in hand and pick another fun flavor off their menu...

Tastes like a Costco hot dog and Costco buns. It's okay, but the least they could do is TOAST OR WARM THE BUN!

I'm a creature of habit with the 6th Ave Strut and Ragin Cajun, but honestly, you can't go wrong; my friends all have different favorites and rave about them every time. Dining in is the best experience, but they've seriously leveled up their takeout game. They swapped the old foil wraps (which led to soggy buns) for specialized takeout carriers, so the quality holds up perfectly even if you're eating on the go. Parking can be a bit of a gamble depending on when you show up, but it is 100% worth the effort. Whether you're here for the food or the drinks, you're guaranteed to find something you love.

I tried the "Tacoma" dog, which was solid, but the real winner was an off-menu special they had--a unique combination of peanut butter, slaw, and Sriracha. It sounds like a wild mix, but it was easily the best thing I ate; the flavors worked together perfectly. Beyond the food, they have a great draft beer list with plenty of variety. The service was friendly and the atmosphere is exactly what you want from a local neighborhood spot. Highly recommend if you're in the 6th Ave area and want a low-key place with high-quality dogs and brews!

Hot Dog, corn batter, deep fried? Yeah, those things. I mean those things are kind of a staple thing you probably eat once and a while and think 'hey, that's tasty'. This place is those. Except they use rice. Yes, rice. WHICH FACE IT IS A PINCH DIFFERENT FOR A LOT OF US. Don't judge me. Rice and hot dogs just aren't two things that seemingly go together in my mind. However, it is very common in Korea. Apparently, they've been holding out on the good stuff. Because Rice Hot Dogs are good stuff. And this place has that good stuff. They've got a ton of variety of types, so you can even get a range to try. I recommend all of them. Though I had two. They were good, the ramen covered one, and the spicy cheesy one. Super fun, very unique around these parts, very worth the wait in line, and the calories.

The texture was softer than a doughnut. Way better than any Dunkin's. I wish there was something like this in Alaska. Didn't get to try the hot dog but i definitely will on my next trip to Seattle. The inside is cute, I loved their mural!
