Surprised that they charge $5.50 for soft drinks and iced tea! Better off ordering water or bringing in your own beverage. The server, Zee, provided attentive and personable service. She was also taking orders over the phone and manning the cash register. Atmosphere casual and moderately comfortable. One handicapped parking available in front of restaurant. This building used to house Crossroads Cafe (sadly missed). If craving a decent burger, I'd probably return. Good addition to the West Memphis dining scene.

Both the batter and onions seemed low quality. It seems like they use a fried catfish style batter for the onion rings which didn't work for us. Plus, the onions were very thick, which affects the outcome of a good onion ring for obvious reasons. Too bad. But big shout out to the servers here. They were all very sweet and helpful. Would definitely recommend giving Tommy's a try, minus the onion rings.

The burrito had mushy chips and cheese and very very little meat in it. I was very flat for some reason and had burnt hard edges from the grill. Ok, I ate the burrito first because I was hungry. I had just got off work. Now when I got ready to eat my chalupa. I bit into it and it broke my tooth. I screamed what the hell!!! It was hard on one side and the other side was soft. The hard side was facing the opposite side to my right. My front right tooth was hanging out my mouth. Yess, it hurts. I was in shock and crying my son asked me was I okay. I showed him my tooth hanging. He looked at the chalupa and saw it was hard. My son was pissed off! I couldn't eat rest of my food because my mouth was hurting. She asked, what time you come, because she was there and the machine had broke down around 5 o clock. I said, I came after 6pm. I said, what are you saying. I said, if the machine was broken, then someone cooked my chalupa hard on one side. She wasn't hearing, what I was saying to her, and started talking about other people done in the pass. I said really mam. I told her ok mam. Are you gonna filled out the report? She said, her boss said, she couldn't. i told her my tooth broke off trying to eat my food that was hard. She looked at me like she did not care. i told i will call a lawyer. i just wanted a report made! The environment was hostile and I left. Taco Bell must do better at talking to customers. My food and money was wasted! If my tooth was already loose, why would I buy the that combo box? That do not make any sense at all!!! This can not be tolerated.
