EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT! After my very first move using Rex and Big Daddy's Moving years ago, I have never turned back on using them again and again! It doesn't matter how many boxes you have, how many stairs they have to climb, you will receive excellent service! This past weekend was my 3rd move using Big Daddy's Moving. The three guys were excellent with speedy service. They arrived early to the starting point with a smile on their faces and ready to go. This move was a tough long day with three stops (including two apartments with stairs and no elevators) to pick up furniture along with washer/dry units and then unloading to a two-story home. The stairs in the home weren't friendly for furniture to go upstairs, but the guys always found a way to move it and didn't back down from the challenge. The team was always cautious not to damage the furniture or walls when moving the washer/dryer unit and couches through tight door frames and moving up the stairs with the furniture. I've never had a bad experience with the team from Big Daddy's Movers and will continue to tell my friends to use them over and over. The team provides outstanding service. I called around looking for someone who had a lift gate on their truck because I had some heavy items to move locally. Once I told each of the moving companies my list of items the crew went from 2 to 4-5 guys with a 2 hour minimum. I called Big Daddy's moving and they said they could accomplish it with 2 man crew and they had a truck that fit my needs. The crew was Gabriel and Fredo, both were on time and very professional. They never stopped to take a break and was able to get my local move done in the 2 hour time frame as they originally estimated. By providing a 2 man crew and working fast, they actually saved me several hundred dollars compared to the competitor moving companies I called. I really appreciate the transparent pricing, the professionalism of the crew and the care the took with my items. We hired Big Daddy's for a local move today on the recommendation of friends who has used them for two local moves. Dave and Austin were on time (actually a few minutes early). They hustled! At times they were literally running into the house to get the next piece. I was nervous about having someone move my Kamado smoker (ceramic) and the stainless steel fridge. My concerns evaporated as I saw the care they took to preserve these during the move. There were multiple challenges to get big pieces down stairs, up steps, through narrow doors, and over fences, but every time they worked together as a team and solved issues as quickly as they appeared. Just completed my move from Euless to Little Elm. First of all, I have to say that this was the most painless move ever. Rex was awesome. Gave me a fair price and was in constant communication with me. Now for the move itself. I had a 3 man crew led by Dave. They were on time as scheduled and extremely professional. His assistants Mario and Carl were also very friendly and professional as well. Handled all my stuff with care, especially my baby's items and a few items which have sentimental value. I actually had to make up one or two extra boxes of stuff which they had no problem taking. Felt comfortable leaving them in the house while I packed a few things in my car. I hope I never have to move again but if I do I'll definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone else I know. read more

I have used this company 3 x over the last 2 years. 2 wks ago we had a logistic nightmare ......(with last minute time and date changes) move that was coordinated by Erica ( thanks!)and 2 terrific movers that were professional and helpful and quick, despite soaring temperatures and flights of stairs outside in an apt complex. They charge a fair price and didn't charge for the complicated nature of the move. Consistently respectful and careful with items and heavy furniture. This is a team that you will WANT to tip the movers because you can't believe how great they are.... We hired Big Daddy's moving company on a recommendation from our neighbor that used them move. We hired Big Daddy's to load all our furniture from our home to our u-haul truck. We had bad weather on our move day and had to call to reschedule for the next day. Big Daddy's answered and handled our change of plans due to the weather. Ivan and crew showed up on time and ready to get us loaded up. Our furniture was loaded up and the truck was ready to go. They really know how to manage a household of stuff and load it professionally in the truck for easy transport. Guys were extremely polite and helpful. I would recommend for big or small job. Big Daddy's Moving is a Great moving company! Rex and Erica were a pleasure to work with. The packers were right on time and did a fabulous job in record time. The movers called to see if they could come pick up my things 2-1/2 hours earlier than scheduled! We just used Big Daddy's moving to move our two story, 4 bedroom home. I could not be more impressed with this company. From booking over the phone to the end of the move, their service was fabulous. They were on time, super careful and moved at lightening speed. We opted for two movers as we had already began the downsizing of furniture. The two GIGANTIC guys arrived and immediately got to work. I recently used Big Daddy's to help me move and the whole experience was great! The contact person setting up the moving was very friendly and knowledgeable. On the moving day I had Dave and Zane and they were awesome! They were moving very quickly, but were also extremely careful with my stuff. I've moved over 25 times in my life and so I've watched a lot of movers over the years. These guys knew what they were doing and were very respectful and friendly. It ended up being a non-stressful day, and that is not the norm with previous moves. I highly recommend this company! read more

The crew was great and were able to load up the majority of my big items within a little over an hour! Everyone was very nice and polite! These guys understand customer service!! This would be five stars except for two small problems. 1 they told me a roll top desk would not fit, it would have if they had taken the top off! 2. They did not do well moving my fridge in the front door! There was very slight damage that was so minor it wasn't worth talking about! The cost was reasonable and affordable! We hired Big Daddy for our recent move in June and we were very happy with the service! From the phone scheduling to the actual move, everything was professional. It was a record hot day while not one of the guys complained, and remained friendly to get the job done. They offered to do a walk through to make sure everything was moved into the correct rooms (have never had another service do this), and didn't make a dent in the walls or furniture. Impressed with the care and efficiency of my entire move!! It was a pleasure to call and get my move set up, not having to deal with automated system, but an actual person. I was impressed to see how they carefully handled each item no damage at all!! Even though I had some big items to move I never saw a lag in there efforts as they were constantly moving. Wow -- I read good reviews on Big Daddy's, so decided to take a chance on them for my move. I've had four different guys in the two "partial" moves I've scheduled so far, and they're all great. Professional and polite, but also helpful, personable and friendly. They've been careful to wrap items and are very fast too, and when handling dollies they control them so there are no nicks and scrapes on door facings. Ivan and his team were available for scheduling the very next day, which worked out perfectly for us. When they came, they were very fast and efficient.
