PSA-I do not recommend this establishment. Service was slow, there were only 2 servers for the whole Resturant. Wow. This place went downhill. Service is slow. 5 of us received our food. It took 20 minutes for the other 2 to get their food. The server blamed it on the cheese on the fries. Food was subpar. The server was very nice. But she was not very good. We sat at the table for 10 minutes before she realized we were there. And the worst part. They charge for soda refills. It would be somewhat different if the sodas tasted good. They were watered down and the server always gave us the wrong drinks so we had to switch around to get our correct drinks. I must say, the Boneless Wings are the BEST I have ever had & these are the reasons why: - it seemed like they were Breast Nuggets - very consistent white strip meat throughout - each piece was consistent in size - the topping (wet sauce or dry ) was even distributed on each piece Job well done on the Boneless Wings!! Hubby also ordered the Deep Fried Cheese Sticks (or something like that). They were: - big in size - had a different but delicious "frosted flake" sweet type batter on it. We really enjoyed them! Finally we ordered the Fruity Pebbles Waffle. It comes with 2 huge waffles that have fruity pebbles incorporated all throughout. I'm a sweets person & it was Yummy! Today the GM decided to change that policy even after he told my granddaughter when she called to confirm that we would be able to hear it. He lied when we questioned this and said he didn't talk to anyone. He told me because Houston was playing at the same time, he "had" to give them priority. Discovering this place near my neighborhood is a nice surprise. We got lucky and checked it out on Tuesday to discover the 2 for Tuesday special where it's like buy one get one free on wings. After expressing our frustrations to the manager several times, he said he would take care of it, but never did. By the ways, did I mention we had to bus our own table. Dishes were stacked up with no room for our desserts, instead of removing the dishes they asked us to move them out of the way. Finally, someone from our table got up and moved the dishes to another table. We waited for our checks for 45 minutes and had to write down our own orders because they did not know who's food and drinks belonged to who. This place just opened a few months ago, My suggestion to them; if you want to stay in business you better get someone in there that knows what they are doing. A friendly manager only goes so far.
