Wow. This place went downhill. Service is slow. 5 of us received our food. It took 20 minutes for the other 2 to get their food. The server blamed it on the cheese on the fries. Food was subpar. The server was very nice. But she was not very good. We sat at the table for 10 minutes before she realized we were there. And the worst part. They charge for soda refills. It would be somewhat different if the sodas tasted good. They were watered down and the server always gave us the wrong drinks so we had to switch around to get our correct drinks. The problem came when I left out and opened my food in the car. My ranch wings didn't have a lick of seasoning nothing so me and my girl went back in and just asked them to do honey bbq. When we got home and finally ate which was a lil drive to this location mind you about 30 minutes our wings was so dry in the inside and over cooked and so crunchy hard I literally almost chopped my tooth biting into that shit. Terrible customer service. I've been relying on this Pub to watch (and listen to) my Dallas Cowboy games when they are not airing locally in Houston. Today the GM decided to change that policy even after he told my granddaughter when she called to confirm that we would be able to hear it. He lied when we questioned this and said he didn't talk to anyone. He told me because Houston was playing at the same time, he "had" to give them priority. Discovering this place near my neighborhood is a nice surprise. We got lucky and checked it out on Tuesday to discover the 2 for Tuesday special where it's like buy one get one free on wings. This place is a HUGE disappointment!! I've been here 3 times, each hoping it would be better than the last, only to be let down each time. Several things on the menus are good, however, the service is horrible! Last night was the was by far the worst service ever. Their manager needs to get out of food service! He placed a young, inexperienced girl on a 12 person table. To say the least drinks were not filled, food was not right, and wait time for anything was ridiculous. After expressing our frustrations to the manager several times, he said he would take care of it, but never did. He continued to leave this girl on the table with no guidance and when confronted, he blamed her for the reason we had horrible service. Service is a reflection of the leader! By the ways, did I mention we had to bus our own table. Dishes were stacked up with no room for our desserts, instead of removing the dishes they asked us to move them out of the way. Finally, someone from our table got up and moved the dishes to another table. We waited for our checks for 45 minutes and had to write down our own orders because they did not know who's food and drinks belonged to who. This place just opened a few months ago, My suggestion to them; if you want to stay in business you better get someone in there that knows what they are doing. A friendly manager only goes so far.
