Got in touch with Robert, scheduled an appointment - I work full time and could not come during regular business hours, Robert was very accommodating and easy to communicate with; we scheduled a time that worked for both of us, I stopped by, and Robert did a great job with the parts that I needed. He helped weld, cut, and grind the parts to the correct dimensions. Everything was done well and with high quality (he was a crew foreman before with many years of experience and clearly knew what he was doing). Took the parts home to dry fit everything - everything fits nicely and both the brackets and the tank work perfectly in the first pass. Very happy with the quality of the welds. I primed, painted and attached everything to the RV bay - it held up great on the first weekend trip of 300 miles. Hopefully, everything will hold up on the future trips as well! :) Loved the easy-to-work-with approach and Robert's positive attitude throughout. The process felt simple, and the job was done well. The cable just wasn't attached properly and I fixed it in 15 minutes I was in a accident with my Japanese Kei car and K&D were able to fix it right up. Overall they did a great job but customer service from the front end wasn't useful. I was often just told by the receptionist to just call back and talk to the owner and she often had no knowledge of what was going on. The work done looks great and the owner was able to give me a severe discount which I greatly appreciate.

We set a time for an estimate which was in the evening so I did not have to take time off from work. This is a small business and is located at the owner's property between Sumner and Orting. I was happy to give my business to a locally owned small business. The wife and husband operate the business together. Heather was very good at communicating with me and scheduling was flexible. They allowed me to drop my truck off in the evening on a Sunday so again, I did not have to take time off from work. I really appreciate that flexibility. The estimate was very good and he was also able to install a bumper that my husband bought and wasn't able to install. I was extremely happy with the price and the quality of work. The entire process was stress free and I was so happy to get this problem taken care of. I highly recommend Raley's for quality of work, the price, the communication, the flexibility and the fact that supporting their business is supporting a local family business. He ask that we send him the license plate number and VIN number. we sent to him then crickets!(No response). We called him several times to get the estimate on fixing it and I got no answer from phone calls or voice mails. We don't have $160 to throw away but I guess lesson learned. We are people of color and I truly believe once he saw us he didn't want to do business. dont buy shit off this dude!! spent $1000 got sent wrong tuning software months ago…read more got sent the new software sent , had to pay for my own shipping to send back old poop because of wrong ecu. fast forward finally got my first stage 1 rev 1 tune months later after igot software mind you i paid extra $200 for pops and bang so i loaded tune up and highly disappointed ididnt have pops and bang. he said this was due to he couldn't find the fueling tables in the ecu "no biggie i let it go because tuning takes time". drove around on the "base map" for a while. tork continued to not answer questions about pops nd bangs etc then said he found transmission files!! we agreed to try this tune file instead rev 2 ran horrible car hit overboost and shifted crazy also my manual mode also always hit "a safety" and would act weird or cut power okay "claims my ecu is hard to tune etc and gotta file from korea etc". fast foward a few more weeks with no response in-between revisions , finally sent another revision #3 this time the tune was toned down a bit but still wasn't running correctly still hit safeties etc and most importantly no pops and bangs still!!! 3-5 months go and haven't heard anything from this dude at all!! especially him know the goals we talked about know i have a built motor upgraded pistons and rods and cant even get a proper tune to get her running properly and dont see this guy going out his way to even try from what he already showed!!! with that being said sadly ig il just have to take the $1000 l and move on to another tuner and throw this dudes software in the trash!!! he probably doesn't care to loose any customers anyways guys! dont buy shit of this dude i repeat dont buy shit off this
