The restaurant has lots of windows which is great because it overlooks the creek. The service is quick and friendly. People weren't kidding when they said everything is made in house. The lemonade was fantastic. My brisket melt was flavorful and I like the fact it had fresh jalapeño's to give additional texture and flavor. The fries were thin and good - and the homemade ketchup was good. My mom had the chicken tenders and they are the best I ever had - I know, I know, how good could they be? Delicious. They are lightly battered, perfectly fried, juicy, and the herbs and spices come through. I'd come back to get my own order. On the way out, we ordered 6 different donuts which were so good and airy. To my surprise, the apple fritter was my favorite - slight crunch outside, good slightly chewy texture, and great flavor. None of the donuts were too sweet. I'll be back!

We had no problems getting a table. However, when we left the place was packed. We ordered Water, Lemonade, Ginger Ale, Waldorf Salad, Grilled Cheese & Bacon and Waffles. The menu had all the basics. The food was average. No complaints. My Waldorf salad was very plentiful. I took the remaining portion home. Customer Service was pretty good. The luncheonette has plenty of parking. Gracie's appears to be a reliable place to stop in for a bite.

The place is called "The salad bar" however their sandwiches are just as good if not better than the salad. The ingredients are always fresh and I've never been disappointed. Prices are fair considering the quality and overall we need more places that are different and unique like this in the village. They have small cozy area for you to chill and enjoy your meal and the service is always quick and friendly. Many of the towns in the Hudson Valley have been revitalizing their downtown areas with great success but Catskill Village seems to be moving a lot slower compared to those other areas. The garlic knots were so light and fluffy and the marinara sauce was well seasoned and extra garlicky in flavor which we both enjoyed. The Bavarian pretzels were so good on their own they didn't even need the beer cheese or mustard dipping sauce. We were stuffed and did not have room for any more food. Can't wait to come back and check out the rest of the menu. Pricing is extremely reasonable as well.

Then listed hours 1100 to 1900... And then the phone number is just a busy ringer. How do they expect to draw up business? I am from out of town looking for some ulam (food).
