Went there this morning to get me and the wife some breakfast sandwiches. Very very disappointed to get home to notice my sandwich without any sausage on it. $30 for 2 sandwiches and smoothies. Prices are high the staff obviously isn't looking at what they are making...high prices and no quality = bad customer experience. read more

Would've been a whole lot better if my bagel would have come as I ordered it, but it came with tomato (which I said NO TOMATO). I mentioned this to one of the employees, she took my bagel back, they PICKED the tomato off the bagel, rewrapped it and brought it back. It still had tomato seeds and slime on the lettuce. Good thing I don't have a tomato allergy or that could have sent me to the hospital. read more

I like grabbing breakfast here every now and then. The bagels are always perfect. It was hit and miss if they toasted my bagel or not the first few times I went so I just started ordering a toasted bagel and that fixed the issue. They have a few "deluxe" bagels that are usually more unique flavors than their typical large selection of bagels. They also offer bagel sandwiches and deli sandwiches. I have not ever had anything here I haven't liked. The one uprising thing is their coffee is actually really good. The offer brewed server yourself coffee but also have lattes, cappuccinos, and mochas. They also offer an Icepresso blended coffee drink. Overall this is the best place I have found if you want a bagel in this area. They are decently priced if you decide to bring some home as well. read more

Ok bagels outside of the NJ/NY area are always horrible. They are basically rolls with wholes cut into them. This place actually had pretty decent bagels. If you're a transplant or want to try what a bagel should taste like come here. read more

My girlfriend and i wandered in this fine afternoon for a smoothie. After 3 min of going over the menu, we decided what to order. Being her first time here i was excited to have her taste a great smoothie finally. Without hesitation we were sternly met at the register as if we were a bother. Please understand, there wasn't anyone else in the place besides us. We placed our order of smoothies, and was about to be rung up as my beautiful gf said "It comes with options of energy or protein boosts, what's that?" So, the counter lady, rolled her eyes and said,"we only give those of customers ask". "Ok" we said, and waited... So nothing.... Again,"so, what are those?"we asked Same shit "we only give those to people that ask". We're thinking "no shit " I broke in, and said "well, we're asking". She chose the energy. We got our 2 smoothies, med and large, at an outrageous price of almost 12 bucks. Tasted great, but that bitch needs to go. Monday afternoons, bad time for customer service apparently. read more

I mean, it's fine. Coffee is serve yourself, but they had several varieties and it was hot, and they had both milk and cream available in pitchers. The coffee area is also the "wait for your food" area, so even with just two of us there, we kind of tripped over each other. My pet peeve with bagel sandwiches, however, is places that don't toast the bagel. I just don't get it. I had a nice piece of sausage, melted American cheese, and scrambled eggs...on a room temperature, un-toasted bagel. On a toasted bagel, it would have been a really great sandwich. Atmosphere-wise, when I walked in, it felt like a Subway. Maybe it was the tile floor and metal chairs? They had a reasonable amount of seating, but some of the tables needed to be wiped off. I sat for a while, and while people came in and out, I didn't see anyone cleaning tables. Overall, it was ok. It wouldn't be my first choice, but the coffee was decent and the food didn't suck, so I'd probably go back. read more

Miss the bagel shop around the corner from my house. But when I have a few extra minutes on the way to work; I love stopping in. Variety of different bagels is good. Muffins are huge and yummy also. Compared to the 3 or 4 other locations I've been too in the state; they are by far the BEST of them by far! The only complaint I have (which is the only reason I gave 4 stars) is the location. They are in a great location for foot traffic and volume. But not walking distance from my office. read more

I can't believe what just happened! This was my first time ever here, and I went up to order 2 bigger chocolate cheesecake muffins, 6 mini muffins, and a turtle mocha. After I got my bag I went to the car and opened it up and saw my 6 mini muffins and a chocolate chip muffin in there. I went back in to exchange my chocolate chip muffin to get two of the cheesecake, grabbed my wallet out to pay the rest , she took the bag back and said alright you're all set! So I went back to my work to give the mini muffins to my coworkers and she got rid of my mini muffins!! I'm so livid. Better yet, my mocha turned out to be a caramel mocha, not what I wanted. I can guarantee I won't be back. I overpaid for the wrong items. So dissapointed. Just how I wanted to start a 14 hour workday! read more

The bagels are just ok. It is self serve coffee, it is hot. The problem here is the service. The counter girls are not friendly - I mean if you are a regular that is there daily or a few times a week they seem like they are chatting it up with those individuals. For the person that is popping in grabbing a bagel and coffee to go, I was treated as a second class citizen. I mean no hello, no smile - as a matter of fact the one lady had the most sour face on the entire time I was in there you would have thought she just ate something miserable. Not the kind of individual that you really want to experience before you have had your morning coffee. I also was very disappointed as I think I very clearly stated my order - the girl rung me up and my total was way too low. I asked if she forgot that I ordered coffee - she had. I obtained my coffee, waited to receive my bagel and then left. When I got back to the office and opened up my bagel my entire order was incorrect. I had the correct flavor of bagel, but it was untoasted and it had the wrong flavor of cream cheese. Wholly upset as evidently the counter girl did not hear anything about my order at all. I try to live a low carb lifestyle so actually ordering a bagel is a big deal for me - it is a very once in awhile treat....very upset that it is not what I ordered, expected or was craving. I won't be making a trip there again anytime soon and will spend my cheat meals and/or treats visiting a place where I obtain friendly service and a correct order. read more
