I called the company, and they immediately responded and set up a way to change the order. They kept in touch to verify every step of the process. Customer support was to notch. They contacted me to verify the delivery time and date. They gave me a 1 hour window and actually showed up during that time. What a shock compared to other deliveries I have received. It was then super easy and helpful to narrow down on the treadmill I needed. Treadmills are pretty heavy and we don't normally change them often. I think a good guidance is the key here, so we can focus on other things in life. He also recommended me to install a dedicated 20W power outlet for the longevity of machine (which was as per the manufacturer's recommendation) and a good quality mat with link to purchase from. I see how he cares for the customer and provides valuable data for us to decide on. Chris also offered me a good price for trading in my old treadmill. The price is unbeatable. All treadmills are serviced and as good as brand new for a fraction of the price. I did walk in to a showroom for a brand new machine which was much more expensive (after all discounts) for a lower level model. Chris also came by twice to install the treadmill and then the mat, as the mats were not in yet. I can't thank Chris enough for this machine. There is also warranty coverage and service available after the warranty expires. That's a complete package I would say.

Highly recommended…read more For a little more than the new price of the consumer elliptical I'd been eyeing, I was able to buy a used commercial model (Life Fitness 95X Inspire) that is newer and better than the ones that are in my currently closed gym. I was concerned that anywhere I'd go to buy used fitness equipment might be like the used car buying experience, but that was not the case at all here. Dave was friendly and helpful, and I never felt like he was trying to pressure me to buy anything or spend extra money. When I asked if this machine had TV built in, he said he could just add a TV attachment on for free. When I said I was hoping to find a cheaper model, he got on the phone right away to try and find a source for one. I ended up buying the first model I looked at anyway. Delivery was free to my location, and I imagine that if you are further away or have lots of stairs, any delivery fee (if there is one) would be very reasonable. They were accommodating in making the delivery fit in to my constantly changing schedule, not to mention originally setting up a time to visit the warehouse to check out the machines.
