A call to On Track had me on hold while they looked in their inventory then a promise of a call back in a few minutes while they checked in the back. Sure enough, they had an out-of-box demo that was still brand new and ready for my pick up that afternoon. We had it at practice that night and the rest as they say is history. Previously I worked with 15 pound dumbbells for each arm and 12s if I had to. The main lifter on the swatmine is 45 pounds but the bar nests in its seat. To do your exercises you lift and manipulate the bar. I love this work out so much that I can say with the same amount of time I'm getting significantly more results. It also occupies very little space about a foot square and I tuck the bar into the corner. You can easily disassemble the bar and take the whole thing with you. I am so impressed by Tonyand so grateful for this exercise miracle. When you get yours you will wonder what you did without it.
