For women, I think the store is even more limited in variety. The other disappointing thing at this store is the lack of contact with employees: I wasn't even greeted at the store when entered by the cashiers. Lastly I think the brand quality is poor, for women the shoe selection seems to consist of the cheaper shoes of a given brand. With that said, I appreciate having a sport store in town to get the basics for my sports needs.

We ultimately made a purchase of a recumbent bike. The sales process couldn't have been easier. And the delivery process was stellar. We were contacted by the distribution department, where the rep could not have been more polite. She reached out proactively with an even earlier delivery date possibility when one opened. We couldn't be there on that date, but appreciated the opportunity. We were then contacted the night before scheduled delivery, and when the driver was within 30 minutes. A call to On Track had me on hold while they looked in their inventory then a promise of a call back in a few minutes while they checked in the back. Sure enough, they had an out-of-box demo that was still brand new and ready for my pick up that afternoon. We had it at practice that night and the rest as they say is history.
