They are so friendly, helpful, and patient, and they genuinely take the time to make sure everything is just right. I especially appreciate how they never make you feel rushed--even when it comes to alterations like trimming or redoing the length of pants. They take the time to get the fit right and make sure you're happy with the final result. Such a great combination of beautiful clothing and wonderful customer service. I always leave feeling well taken care of! Thank you Jane.

I'm disappointed by the consistently rude and disrespectful service I've experienced here. The…read morestaff come across as judgmental and unhelpful, showing little kindness or compassion toward customers. In particular, my best friend was treated poorly while trying to return an item. The employee was condescending, unaccommodating, and overly difficult, making the process unnecessarily stressful. Instead of assisting, she seemed focused on making my friend feel unwelcome. This kind of toxic attitude creates a very negative shopping environment. For a customer-facing role, basic professionalism and respect should be the minimum expectation. I cannot recommend this store to anyone and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I've been shopping this DSW for years. I think today is the day that I've decided I will no longer…read morebe shopping at DSW. I went there looking for a running shoe. It says that I have to ask an associate for the right pair which is fine but asking the associate was being told to go downstairs to get the right pair so that means I have to go downstairs stand in line ask for the right shoe just so I can try it on to see if it fits. I don't know about most people, but typically you need to try on a couple pairs of shoes walking up and down those stairs just to get the second pair doesn't make any sense to me. I walked out immediately. The savings are about $10. I think I'll spend the extra $10 for the convenience at the mall or online.

However, I was so disappointedly shocked to see that the shoe section at this location is next to nothing. They are definitely more focused on lifestyle clothing and some actual athletic wear. If you're looking for footwear, this isn't the shop for you. With that said, I did find a pair that would work for me. And there was another pair that I was on the fence on. Little did I know at the time that the other pair I liked was on sale on their app/website for $40 less than in store! So if you do happen to see something you like in here, be sure to check on their website first and see if they could price match. The staff here is A+ they're so friendly and helpful. When I did end up buying that other pair on the app & they didn't fit, I returned to this store & exchanged them in store and the staff there was so willing to bring out multiple sizes to make sure they fit properly & then exchanged things with a smile and quickly. It was a great experience. I will certainly be back to this store. I will just have my expectations properly set knowing to come here for clothing, not shoes. It's something I would, honestly, love to see them change.

I recently visited the store and had a terrible experience. The saleswoman, Rocio, provided awful…read moreservice. When she first asked if I needed help, I told her I didn't because I was just browsing; later, when I decided on a pair of sneakers and asked for assistance, she snapped, "That's why I asked if you needed help earlier," looking completely sour and bitter. Honestly, she is a terrible employee. I do not recommend this store--the customer service is very poor. 0/10. My husband also asked her about a shoe size for my baby, and she was incredibly rude--she didn't even come over or anything; she just said, "Only the sizes you see there," and was very arrogant about it. The service was terrible. I had already heard bad reviews about that store, but I went because it was nearby; I will never visit that place again. You go there to make a purchase with your own money, not to beg them for service only to have them come over with attitude; if they don't like their job, they should just quit! I am never coming back to this store, and I don't recommend going there.

Was doing some footwork during the Jordan 5 Wolf Grey drop last Saturday. Stopped by a WSS close by…read moreto this one asking if they had the wolf greys in. They had mentioned that the store on Sepulveda Blvd had them in. It was a 10 minute drive so decided to take my chances and check the drop out. While parking, I saw a line of about 10 people in front, so decided to get in line. While in line I can hear these guys talking out loud saying that they're just going for the biggest size. This is a highly sought after sneaker so didn't think the store representatives would just let someone ask for the biggest size. Boy was I wrong. I get it, the shops just want to sell the shoes and make their money, but each shop should have some rules for shoes that are highly sought after. Like not let people just ask for the biggest size. Have them write down or ask for 2-3 sizes, if they don't have the sizes, then they can move to the side and wait until the whole line is done before letting them just grab whatever pair they want. Also the guy in front of me got my size so I got super salty because he was one of the guys saying he's just asking for the biggest size. One of the representatives had stated that they had just sold the last pair of my size, so that really annoyed the crap out of me. These retail shops know what shoes are really sought after and which ones will probably sit for a while. I did like that they only allowed each customer one pair to purchase, either one men's or one GS pair. Not sure if someone can get in line once they make their first purchase but heck at least they had that rule. Unlike other shops that let people grab two to three pairs all at once. People will always show up and buy these type of sought after sneakers. I surely hope they read this review and make some changes for certain sneaker drops.
