I was simply waiting for my turn so I could ask a few questions and get some assistance. While I was looking, the owner abruptly stopped helping the other customer, came over, and scolded me for how I was holding the hats. He then grabbed a hat and put it on my head without even asking if it was something I was interested in or comfortable with. He told me that he has been doing this for 38 years and therefore knows how to handle hats, while also accusing me of moving the hats improperly. The irony is that I had literally only picked up one hat. I immediately took the hat off and explained that I needed a smaller size. He then threw the hat I had been wearing onto the shelf, found another size, and again tried to put it on my head. I told him I could put it on myself, but he insisted that he needed to do it because I apparently didn't know how to handle a hat properly. Having 38 years of experience with hats is one thing, but that experience clearly hasn't translated into good customer service. From the moment he approached me, I did not feel welcomed or respected. I felt like I was being scolded for simply trying to browse and find a hat. His attitude was rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional. I gently put the hat back where I found it and left. I came in hoping to find a hat for an important event, but instead I left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. Hopefully, the owner either learns how to treat customers with basic courtesy and respect or eventually steps aside so customers can have a better experience. Things can happen, but making promises and verifying that promise for a replacement when you delivered the wrong order, to begin with and when you fail to follow up as promised,, is on you, not the customer. When calling to verify the delivery 2 days past the promised date, it takes 15 minutes to tell the customer you need a couple of minutes to find the order and promise a callback, and an hour later, while landscapers are waiting, a second call is placed. I waited 2 hours for that follow-up call when I called you. All the excuses do not equal taking action. The important piece of this was that this was a very special Christmas presentation that used these lights. My wife started this. Since my wife's passing, this will be the first time they have not been up. This is also the first time all my children and grandchildren will be together. Your lack of basic customer service just ruined a long-running family tradition. I was not asking for a miracle; I was asking for just plain customer service. You and 3 of your employees failed.

Having joked to my hubby about his horrible slice the owner suggested she analyze his swing, him being such a tall guy she said he probably didn't have stiff enough clubs for his swing speed etc. This indeed was proven true. Although we didn't buy clubs this weekend we both will get a new set this season and will get them at Jorgensen. This is our new golf shop, we won't go anywhere else. Lucas spent an hour with me looking at my club fit and also swing speed, etc. We figured out that my 16 year old driver was too flexible and my swing speed was much faster than what my club could handle. Yes, I've outgrown my old driver. There was no pressure to buy anything and I appreciated the honest feedback about a couple of my bad golf habits. Lucas guided me to an affordable close out driver that was actually made this century (ok, actually within the last year), unlike my current driver. I held off on buying the driver that night so I could go home and "geek out" with Internet research on that driver and other models. I came back in the next day and Diana let me practice on the driver for a while. Julius even came out and gave me some impromptu pointers to help fix my swing. To cap this off, Diana offered to resize the grip on my driver at no cost to fit my hand size. I'm such a fan of small and local businesses. I don't think I would have gotten this level of service anywhere else, especially at those big box stores. I'm definitely a fan and a new and loyal customer. I'll be slowly upgrading my 16 year old golf set by going back here. Thank you!

I don't frequent most places, but I have been to probably an unhealthy amount of goodwills. Tbh in the last 5 years I've grown to usually take about 10 minutes tops to get in and out due to the mediocrity that is so casual for goodwill but I'm here to say that I want to go on record confidently stating this is the best goodwill I've ever been to. No, it's not doing something out of the scope of goodwills agenda, but everything you expect from a goodwill they are doing in an ideal way. The team here is just putting out such a variety of items and EVERYTHING is in sellable condition. Holy moly it's organized. I've seen organized goodwills but it's not common, and it's unheard of to see the combo of variety and organization. Tbh I was forcing myself out after finding like 3 amazing things because of my budget, so I didn't have any interaction with the staff or anything, but who cares.
