I inquired why the total was twice as much as the sticker price and the cashier grabbed the floor sample shoe and began to rip up the price sticker and simply said it had the wrong price.... REALLY that's how we are conducting business these days?? What happened to honoring the published sticker price?? I don't think I could ever shop here knowing the price could be different when I get to the cashier.

I am strongly suggesting to my brown friends, family, co-workers to avoid this store or just be prepared for same treatment. I love Tory Burch, so was thrilled to see that there was a Tory Burch store at the Seattle Premium Outlet. When I visited on a Saturday, there was always a line to enter the store when I'd walk by, but it's worth waiting because of the epic deals here. During my visit, all of the ballet flats were 50% off, which was outstanding since Tory flats are always over $200. They also had a great selection of handbags, and they're not outdated or last season. They are this season's handbags, which ranged from being 30-40% off than if you purchased them at the Tory Burch store in Bellevue. Holy crap! The staff here was super friendly and always willing to help, no matter how busy the place was. I even was able to bring my dog into the store and they absolutely all loved her and was giving her pets! Any place where they treat my dog well is instantly my favorite place.
