Kevin was kind enough to keep in touch with me for several months while he worked on finding the proper stairmaster to fit our home gym layout, my wife's preferences, while also staying within my budget. Once Kevin identified a potential fit, we went down to the warehouse, tested it out in person, and left with an order placed, water bottles from their company, and big smiles on our faces. The unit was delivered and installed by another very nice guy (apologies I forget his name), and we've had 3 great months of workouts so far on the machine as well as periodic check-ins from Kevin to make sure all is well and we are happy.

He was responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and truly invested in helping us build the right fitness center for our residents--not just placing equipment. He took time to understand our space, goals, and budget, walked us through options, explained pros and cons clearly, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Delivery and setup were smooth, communication was consistent, and his follow-through was exactly what you hope for when managing a big project. I also had the opportunity to meet and get to know Austin, the owner, and I was extremely impressed with him. He's professional, grounded, and clearly cares about both his clients and the way his company operates. It shows in the team he's built and in how well everything was handled from beginning to end. At first I didn't receive an email receipt and thought the order had been canceled, or worse, that the company was a sham and who did I give my credit card info to? But no money had been withdrawn on my credit card... I just couldn't seem to get anyone on the phone (there was a time difference), or a response to my emails. Finally I did speak to someone, who conveyed the problem up the chain, and the owner himself reached out to me. He apologized for the mistake and any ensuing confusion. Apparently my email address had been misspelled! He graciously extended the warranty for no added charge and threw in a lovely mat for under the unit. He called me twice to make sure the delivery from across the country went smoothly. As to the unit itself, I couldn't be happier. Even if you saw something for sale and you forgot your coupon; the workers here are nice enough to give it to you for the sale price, as long as you're not lying and if the sale's still going on. It's pretty clean and well-organized inside, along with great workers who give their customers full attention. I sure do miss seeing Neelam working at this store! She was super cool and had great customer service! Same with the lady with the reddish hair and glasses, who likes watching wrestling!
