Kevin was kind enough to keep in touch with me for several months while he worked on finding the proper stairmaster to fit our home gym layout, my wife's preferences, while also staying within my budget. Once Kevin identified a potential fit, we went down to the warehouse, tested it out in person, and left with an order placed, water bottles from their company, and big smiles on our faces. The unit was delivered and installed by another very nice guy (apologies I forget his name), and we've had 3 great months of workouts so far on the machine as well as periodic check-ins from Kevin to make sure all is well and we are happy.

He goes to a lot of concerts and he knows, your headphones are on your head or in the car, do not just leave them lying around. She was not sure where the headphones were, so she asked a salesperson walking the store. He knew right away and showed me where they were and was able to tell me a little about the selection. I told the cashier I was concerned with fit so had all intention of paying for them, opening them right there and trying them on my super sensitive grandson's head.
