We showed up at 320pm since they have a huge sign on the front of the building saying Saturday they're open from 9am to 4pm. Workers were inside and when he came to the door he said "she left at 3" and that they were closed. Take down the huge ass sign with false advertisement of a time if it's not true. We bought an Elliptical and pull up bar for about $1,800. The sales girl was trying to sell us on one perticular mode but we weren't happy with that and choose another. She insisted we have it serviced and pick up next week. Driving home got a call from her telling us it the Elliptical we bought was already sold and offered $100 off the one we didn't want. The owner called me to offer another options but I said that wasn't an option for us and that I was very disappointed in this transaction and the lack of communition between his staff and he told me to take a valium, how professional is that. I am a gym owner in the South Bay. I made the mistake of dealing with Fit 4 Sale on multiple occasions with assurances that my previous issue, would no longer be an issue. This time was the last straw. If you want a dishonest company to work with that will scratch every dime out of their customers hide, you've found your guys. I wanted a refurbished Precor, I have 2 refurbished Precors that I bought 5 years ago and they both still run like dreams. Zack, their salesman, convinced me even though I expressed much concern, to buy a brand new StarTrack. This is a brand I am unfamiliar with, but he guaranteed me it was as good as the precor and a quality machine. This probably meant it had the best markup for him. WITHIN ONE WEEK the StarTrack needed repair (brand new machine) and again, I told Zack I wanted the Precor, but he guaranteed me it was a fluke. I had my fingers crossed and since I bought the 18 month warranty on parts I figured I'd be ok. Fast forward to 18 months and 12 DAYS later, the StarTrack is broken and I asked Zack to help me out. I am in the service business of personal training. Typically this would be a golden opportunity to be of service, retain a client and possibly get referrals for future business. What did Zack the salesman and Nick the owner do? I was ignored by Zack on the phone, then once I got a hold of him by using a different name I was told he would talk to the owner. I told him I needed the treadmill running since it's one of 3 that I have. I sent numerous emails over the course of two weeks. Of course, no return correspondence. ONLY AFTER I MENTIONED A NEGATIVE REVIEW nearly 3 weeks later did they suddenly find my email. What help did they offer.........$100. The part alone was $272 and I had to bring someone in to install it. My knights in shining armor! Again, this was also after the owner Nick had already proved himself to be dishonest in the past. I should've learned my lesson the first time. I guess I was coerced by the the salesman Zack, who seems real nice, but I guess that's part of being a dishonest salesman and working for a dishonest business. Don't go here. read more

From a very far drive, staff wouldn't give me a measurement, claiming they were "swamped". Encouraged me to come in-person if I wanted more information on the piece I inquired about. So, let me get this straight, staff who is getting an hourly wage has better things to do than to get me the measurement I need to make me get in my car and drive 30 minutes, get there, ask for a staff member to help me find the item, find me a chair to stand on to measure the item and then put the chair back. And if it's not a measurement that works for me, wasted my time (the possible lifelong customer), the staff's time who assisted me, and now have created a bad experience for me to leave online? Staff is all-ready getting paid for their time and unless their hourly wage is greater than my tentative purchase, there is NO waste of time here. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The owner Nick is a compulsive liar. He will take your money and not deliver. I have been waiting 6 MONTHS for my equipment and everyday there is a new excuse. 6 MONTHS I have been paying rent for my facility without being able to open my doors because I do not have all of my equipment. Secondly, he sold me defective equipment and WILL NOT fix it. Nick also had his employees illegally alter an outlet plug (bend the metal prongs) so they would fit into the outlet which is ILLEGAL! This company should NEVER be trusted and wish I would have never given them a penny. Fit4Sale is a SCAM, a company not to be trusted!! Quick update: Nick (the owner of Fit4Sale) sent two of his workers to my gym on Friday, April 14 2017 (which I had to take another day off from my busy schedule to meet there for the fifth or sixth time) and when they got there the workers told me that Nick is demanding me to sign a contract stating the machine is fixed without them fixing it. I told the two workers that he's delusional if he wants me to sign that without being fixed. One of the workers called Nick and without fixing my machine (because I wouldn't sign the contract stating they fixed it) the two workers left. Didn't even have the audacity to say bye.
