Even though I could see dozens of people going in and out the side gate, when I called, the person who answered the phone was dismissive and unsympathetic. "We don't have any salespeople until Thursday," and "you will have to pick it out through email and have it shipped, you can't just come down here." After a 45 minute drive, this did not please us; fortunately we went about 5 minutes away to Fit4Sale and bought a beautiful machine there and loaded it in our car quick and easy. I wish Global Fitness was accommodating, and your situation may differ from ours, but whoever I talked to should never be allowed to answer the phone.

Mike, the Senior Manager, gave me all the information of the machines and allowed me to try them all out. I decided on the machine. I paid for the machine and deliver and full installation. Service and selection was excellent and no pressure. Delivery was well worth it as the machine has many parts and is heavy. Delivery service was worth the extra cost. They called a day before the delivery date and gave me a time window. They said they would call 30 minutes before arrival and the did just what they said every step of the way. I feel I got personal service as opposed to what you get in a big box store and the price was better too. I highly recommend this store.

As soon as everything was hooked up, by ArcTrainer came back to life. If it did not work, they were willing to accept a return of their lower board for a full refund (minus shipping). The board is warranted for a year, which is longer than any other vendor I found.

In steps as varied as helping us select equipment, designing our workout space, and figuring out how to maximize our budget dollars, the Dumbell Man team was outstanding. After the job was completed and we began to utilize our finished space, we came to realize that some of our assumptions were incorrect and some of our gear was unneeded (and the lack of other equipment that we'd neglected to order was sorely felt!) Though the oversights were our own, the Dumbell Man team consistently made themselves available again for after-work and helped us create the best workout space we could. The finished project is functional AND it looks great, exceeding all of my expectations. I would recommend the Dumbell Man to anyone looking to create a great workout space. Thank you!

Steve at Studio-Cycles is the real deal. From the outset, Steve never once tried to upsell me. Instead, he walked me through the various models in the same class I was already interested in--breaking down the construction, design philosophy, long-term durability, and performance in a way that only someone who actually uses these bikes could do. This wasn't information from a script or catalog--this was lived-in knowledge from someone who clearly trains, rides, and believes in the product. We didn't just talk about bikes--we ended up in a deep conversation about fitness, AI's growing impact on the industry, and the evolution of training technology. Coming from a background in law enforcement, now a full-time Realtor and AI systems integrator, I wear a few hats--and I've had countless "sales" calls. This wasn't one. Steve was informative, passionate, and authentic. That went a long way. In a world full of pushy sales tactics and shallow product knowledge, Steve was a breath of fresh air. It's rare to find someone who can blend technical expertise, real-world experience, and great conversation all in one call. I ended up buying the bike--but even if I hadn't, it still would've been time well spent. Highly recommended. If you're even thinking about a serious spin bike, call Studio-Cycles--and hope Steve answers.
