The first time I was looking at the pocket knife's and the dude was standing there like I was taking too long or inconveniencing him. This last time I was looking for shoes for my kid and I, and the guy was helpful for checking the size the first time. He explained the shoes didn't go any smaller than the size I requested but then he walked away. Didn't give me a chance to try any other shoes for my kid to see if any fit. I didn't want to even bother him for asking for a shoe size for myself. Will likely not return to this location.

At first I didn't receive an email receipt and thought the order had been canceled, or worse, that the company was a sham and who did I give my credit card info to? But no money had been withdrawn on my credit card... I just couldn't seem to get anyone on the phone (there was a time difference), or a response to my emails. Finally I did speak to someone, who conveyed the problem up the chain, and the owner himself reached out to me. He apologized for the mistake and any ensuing confusion. Apparently my email address had been misspelled! He graciously extended the warranty for no added charge and threw in a lovely mat for under the unit. He called me twice to make sure the delivery from across the country went smoothly. As to the unit itself, I couldn't be happier.
