Quick update…read more Since my first review, NLC has moved to a new location on Main Street. This location is bigger, cleaner and has easier street parking. Inventory also has changed to include new cardio machines that are unboxed and already built They have a wide selection of cardio equipment and pricing is very good. Within the last month, my office has purchased a NordicTrack commercial bike and a NordicTrack RW 900 rower from the shop. The first purchase was made in person. The second purchase was made over the telephone. Both transactions were relatively easy. Both items were delivered with white glove delivery. Delivery was outstanding. Delivery was made by a third-party vendor. Damien made both deliveries. Once with Alex and once with Gabriel. Delivery was made on time and in a professional manner. The delivery team was friendly and helpful.. The one-star deduction was for two issues. 1. During the first purchase, I was quoted a white glove delivery fee for a certain amount and overcharged by $16 which was not reversed out as promised. 2. Regarding the second purchase, I am still awaiting my receipt which I've requested emailed to me three times.

I found Used Gym Equipment on line and drove down to their warehouse for a look around. My goal was to create a home gym that will be custom tailored to my workouts, strong, stable and that won't do more damage than good. Jay B. was my sales genius who spent a lot of time walking me around the warehouse after and while listening to what I wanted to accomplish with my workouts and helped me find the best equipment I have found anywhere I have looked. I am very pleased with my treadmill and spin bike... Really wish I had the space for the rowing machine I still think about all the time but didn't buy. Jay was EXTREMELY knowledgable about exercise and exercise equipment, but he was also, and even more importantly "hearing" and interpreting my personal needs with this home gym I was assembling. I did have a few issues with getting my equipment as fast as it was initially promised but the positive WAY OUTWEIGHS any frustration with my delivery date issue... The help I received in the process from Jay and others and the quality equipment I have in my home gym is worth the very small in comparison delivery date issue I had. I also purchased weights that can be anywhere from 5 pounds each to 50 pounds each and a number of other items. Definitely stop by here. It's worth the trip. The delivery was also extremely friendly and timely. All around only the parking lot prevented me from giving it five stars. It's not good seeing glamorous but if you're going to build a gym or looking for a specific piece of machinery or workout gear this is the place to go.
