Went in for indoor cycling shoes and was so impressed from start to finish. We were greeted nicely when we walked in and not in a pushy way. As soon as I walked into the entrance, I knew immediately I was going to purchase a bike. Rich and his team were beyond kind and courteous from the get go. Knowledge; Amazing. HONESTY: Superb. They originally talked me out of purchasing a more expensive bike. No salesman does that. They cared more about my needs more than want they wanted to do; Sell. I decided last minute to change my mind on what I wanted. Rich smiled and got right to work on the bike I truly wanted. Rich was so helpful as was his team. I felt comfortable and knew I made the right decision. I visited several bike shops and did my homework prior to purchasing. Priced out bikes all over the place. I didn't pay the original/listed price. They gave me a better deal than I would have expected. Rich had me ride the bike and fitted me perfect. He made sure the seat was level. I went to Bicycle Tech on the recommendation of a friend who has been going there for years. Decided to get back into riding and have a 20 year old Murray (they are long out of business) that has sat for about 10 years or so. I took it in for a tune-up, which was on special. I spoke with Steve when I arrived; he looked it over, stated it was in great shape for a 20+ year old bike and would just need the tune-up. While he did paperwork, I looked at other bikes, explained that if I stuck with riding again I would be looking for a new bike. Steve spent a good amount of time, going over different bikes with me, never pressured me about buying, said to get use to riding yours again and then come back. He said my bike would be ready in a week. I called the day of pick-up and spoke to Dimitri, who said he was finishing up on it and would have it ready at time promised. When I went to pick it up, I could not believe what it looked like! They not only tuned it up, but got almost all the rust/pitting off of it, which I did not expect to be done. I then looked at some helmets and I dealt with Patrick. Again, great, no pressure attitude. Bought a new helmet and at a great value. This place truly is what my friend said it would be. Great service, expert knowledge, friendly staff, no pressure. You do nt feel like you are a dollar sign to them. They truly want you to have a great experience with biking. When I do buy a new bike it will only be from Bicycle Tech. I do not believe you could get better service someplace else! read more

Rich runs a great shop. He treats each customer as if he/she was the only customer. (Even when the shop is crazy busy ). He trains his staff to fix and repair and tune consistently. By the way, besides fixing my Canondale for years through my many rigorous rides, Rich and the team also repaired my SPIN bike which is in my house! They came to my house, picked it up in the truck, tuned it up like new and returned it. Now that is bike service. read more

I normally don't leave reviews but in this case I have to make an exception. The quality of service at this excellent bike shop is unbelievable. I went in looking for a certain style of bike and Dimitry (sorry if I spelled it incorrectly) made a great presentation of 3 bikes that fit my needs highlighting all of the important features. This made my selection a cinch. Afterward, he handed my bike off to the master mechanic (didn't get his name) who was very pleasant and helpful. He came out of his work area to make sure I knew how much longer it would be and to answer a few more of my questions. He quickly installed all of my chosen accessories and I was off. This is my second bike purchased here and I recommend anyone who is in search of one to give these guys a try. Most of what I was going to say has already been said, but I have to go on record and add a bit more. Rich and staff are CONSISTENTLY friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. And, to boot, if you ask a question about maintenance and repair, they will even share a secret or two. How can you beat all of that!? You can't. The service is friendly and professional. The shop is the cleanest I've ever seen anywhere! They never pressure you into something you don't need or want. Their bike fitting is accurate and old school. I have purchased several bikes over the last decade from comfort bikes to high end road bikes and never had an issue that couldn't be rectified in a courteous professional manner.
