I decided to check off a long time dream off of my "bucket list" of purchasing a QUALITY Sound System for my new GMC Serria Truck. I did shop around at a few places, until I shopped Bico, at the Spring/Woodlands location .Chandler and Gino were fantastic. These guys REALLY KNOW their stuff !!!. They listened to my dream and put together a sound system that LITTERALLY TOOK MY BREATH AWAY when Chandler first turned it on, and EXCEEDED my expectations. Chandler FINE TUNED my system to a TRUE Audiophile Level. These guys WANTED to take great CARE of me, not just "sell me" a system. They did NOT try to push a new radio, they put an upgrade component on my factory GMC IntelliLink system, Focal ISU 690 speakers upfront, Focal ICU 165 speakers in the back, a Kenwood XR9015 Class D amplifier, and a Kenwood 10 inch subwoofer, in a custom built enclosure, for under the back seat. VERY clean install job. My system has a VERY CLEAN and VERY CLEAR sound. Simply put, it is just like sitting center stage, first row at the Live Show, and my music Genre ranges from Rock to Country. Chandler and Jeno were very helpful. They provide lifetime warranties on their labor and parts (if applicable). The customer service they provided is excellent; they are very friendly and very informative. They also give very fair pricing. If it weren't for their great customer service, I would have probably rated them 4 stars. I had a remote start installed, but by the time I got it back to my house, I noticed that I could no longer unlock my doors using the key fob or the transponder. I had to take it back to BICO. Fortunately, as soon as I got there, the immediately took my vehicle around back and resolved the issue instantaneously. If that isn't good customer service, I don't know what is! I took my work truck in to replace 6 speakers and to add an amp for the speakers plus a subwoofer. Not only did they do a clean and awesome job, but they also got my auxiliary system working that has never worked since I bought the truck. What is crazy is I have taken it to 3 different shops to get it working and these guys fixed it without being asked. I went Monday asked for a quote, gave me a good pricing for subs an amp and a CarPlay stereo!
