Delicious Korean tofu stew (kimchi); friendly service; efficient (I walked in and ordered for take out; didn't have to wait long). Whole new look. They upgraded their interior since I was here last time. Now there are many tables for dining in, light garlands, and a generally warm ambiance.

TLDR: highly recommend stopping here for food. The wings and the hot stone Bibimbap bowl options are great! And when dining in, they have the option to add on one beer for $1 (at time of writing in March 2026)! My wife and I were starving and craving a good South Korean style bowl. We ended up settling on Bibimix since we hadn't had it before and it was a great decision. I ordered the chicken wings, half honey soy and half sweet & spicy. I really liked the sweet and spicy wings and would likely get just those next time instead of the mix. My wife ordered the hot stone bowl with spicy chicken. The hot stone bowl definitely lives up to the name. The food stays HOT the whole time. It's important to note that you can only get the hot stone bowl on dine in. I also really liked that dine in had an offer of an optional $1 beer with purchase of an entree when we went. The service was fairly quick considering they only had 3 staff members and it was a busy Saturday night. The wait for food was only like 10-12 mins and it was all made fresh. The dining area isn't huge so if you want to dine in, there may or may not be seating. But we will definitely be back due to how good this was.

For fast casual Korean, this place is perfection. I got the hot stone bibimbap with bulgogi. It was an incredible value for the money. I ordered upon entering. After I ordered, I was directed to the back wall to get miso soup and they had banchan you could help yourself to. They had kimchi, bokchoi, broccoli, radishes, teriyaki sauce, gochuchang, and yumyum sauce. The hot stone bibimbap was fantastic. 10 out of 10. They did not dumb down the food for American palates, which I loved. Next time I find myself near Court House or Clarendon, I'll be back.

1 star for excellent customer service when I called to complain, though they did hedge by saying it was my opinion. Which is true. Here is said opinion: something has changed. Ordered the spicy chicken bibimbap to go, and was upset to find at home that the marinade on the chicken was buffalo sauce. Buffalo sauce! Buffalo sauce has an unmistakable smell and orange-y look. Don't know if they're trying to cut corners, ran out of gochujang or what, but buffalo sauce IMO is gross in a dak galbi bibimbap bowl. Confusingly, Ive looked through others reviews that had chicken bowls, no one's seems to be this orange so seems to be a recent thing. For $47, I expect restaurant quality food as opposed to fast casual and this does not meet the bar. Ive been here multiple times but am sadly crossing from the list.

I walk past Bibimix all the time but for some reason I never stop in to try their food. I guess I'm so conditioned to head to Annandale for Korean food. However, I recently was in the mood for Korean food and didn't want to make the treck out west so I decided to dine in for dinner recently and was pleasantly surprised. My girlfriend and I tried their bulgogi bibimbap and fried chicken tender with half soy and half spicy sauce. They have a great self service bar where you can help yourself to miso soup, ban chan, and water. They food was fantastic, vey affordable, and the portions were huge. There's plenty of seating available. I recommend splitting your meal with one or two people. I look forward to stopping by more often.

i can't believe it took me so long to try bibimix considering it was just minutes away from me. i got takeout and the staff was so friendly and sweet. i tried the chicken cutlet kimbap and it is flavorful and so plentiful for the price. it comes with a mayo? sauce i believe which is an excellent pairing.

A fun place to grab a Korean bowl for lunch or dinner and a plus that it's open until 9PM. I ordered pick up and took it home for a later night snack. The variety of toppings were all great and the chicken bowl was good!

Stopped in after a manicure for a light lunch and went with the $10 bulgogi bimbop. It was a generous portion and tasty. Service was friendly and quick.

The food is definitely substantial enough to fill you up until dinner. You definitely get what you pay for here! This dish comes with fresh veggies and noodles under the meat! The ambiance and service are great too!

Awesome. Legit for a casual order at the counter place. Self serve kimchi and spice bar is the topping. I ordered the bulgogi and it was excellent. Highly recommend.

I recalled enjoyed my meal here! I placed the order to go inside and it probably took 10-15 minutes but it was worth it! (You can order online in advance as well). I got the bulgogi beef over rice which had a really generous portion (as it should be for $18) and came with the beef, rice, and japchae in the bowl. I added a fried egg on top but the egg didn't look freshly made which would be my only complaint. I would definitely go back and try more menu items! Ask for a spicy sauce on top of the bulgogi and it's perfect. I also tried the matcha latte which was interesting because it was extremely creamy, more like a dessert than a typical latte. I'm not sure what it's made with but it was very sweet and creamy! The inside was nice and modern too with some seating area

The food was delicious. It was cooked fresh. All the vegetables were crisp. The was a free fixing bar. That had fresh cut green onions which I love. The Turkish guy who greeted me was very nice and asked what I liked and helped me decide in a bowl. I would definitely come back.

This cozy little Korean restaurant serves all the classic comfort dishes. We ordered the chibap, bibimbap, and tteokbokki, and every dish was very tasty and thoughtfully prepared. Miso soup, banchan, and water are self-serve, which adds to the casual, welcoming vibe. The atmosphere is simple yet comfortable--an easy spot to relax and enjoy well-made Korean food.

Whenever I go, I always order off the most premium tier and while it is pricey at $98 per person, I believe that it is completely worth the money. For endless rounds of high quality wagyu, sushi, ramen, etc., it is beyond easy to get your money's worth here. I've actually done the math totaling up how much we ate and what it would've been al le carte and it totaled to $400-500 total for two people so this is well worth it. The items I would highly recommend is everything off their wagyu tier, the wagyu fried rice, and their specialty rolls. Don't forget to end the meal off with some dessert as well. I thoroughly enjoyed the matcha crepe cake. This place is very modern and with an amazing staff that is super attentive. Water cup was always filled, they came back quick to ask what we wanted next (no waiting around necessary), cooked our meat perfectly for us. Overall, while this wouldn't be my everyday/daily dining option due to the price, it is my most favorite place to splurge at for any special occasions. It is definitely a must try and I will be looking forward to the next time I come

My son's burger, ordered, medium rare, was way overcooked and dry. The brisket, Texas cut, was fair, but the meat itself had very little flavor and had lost quite a bit of its juices. The baby back ribs were fair, but again nothing exceptional. A wide offering of sauces, though surprisingly the house regular sauce tasted basically like tomato sauce with vinegar and onions without much flair. A side of onion rings had a very nice taste, but too much oil. Cucumber salad was quite good though a bit over marinated with a very basic Italian dressing. Coleslaw is quite good, but I would hope that from any good barbecue establishment. I was wanting to try the okra but decided not to order it. On the positive side, the service is super fast, and casual atmosphere had a nice ambience. I've had much better barbecue in the Arlington area in at least three other places, so it was a bit disappointing.

Foodwise - tried the coleslaw, mac and cheese, jalapeno cheddar sausage, and the pulled pork. Best thing hands down was the mac and cheese - creamy but with great flavor and a great cheese ratio. Coleslaw was so so- good but some wilted pieces and was a bit thrown by the pickle pieces (though I love pickles). Jalapeno cheddar sausage was good but in my opinion, a bit overpriced for just one sausage. Lastly - the pulled pork. While not bad quality meat, the aftertaste was a bit off putting and I think the chips they may use in their smoker are just not my vibe.
