This spot was just down the hill from our hotel and on the list of recommendations. Our room wasn't ready so decided to go have lunch around 1 on Saturday. They were sold out except for a couple of tables outside and the Bar. It was chilly so we opted for the Bar.
Cozy and a good variety of traditional French cuisine and creative cocktails. Ordered a Cappuccino-excellent -enjoyed watching the Bartender make it -she was definitely creating a masterpiece. Aperol Spritz was tasty.
I opted for the Brunch with French Toast -unlike any I've had before as well perfectly soft scrambled eggs with Truffle Oil and Gravlax (Bacon was an option also)-amazing! Salmon Tartar was also ordered -a very tough customer said it was exquisite and after a taste I agreed.
We both got a second Cappuccino just because.
Service was excellent despite being full and busy. Looks like they have a second location (Pigalle). Met and had good conversation with fellow travelers. Great vibe and atmosphere. When in Montmartre, a must must stop! read more
