Honey Citrus Kale, Sweet Potato Noodles, Pineapple, Crispy Korean Chicken. YUMMY IN MY TUMMY

Best restaurant ever. Best drinks ever. Best gluten free cookies. Healthy, Innovative, and literally on my way there now for the second time this month. Yay.

BIBIBOP is one of my favorite fast casual spots around town. The food is always fresh and there are new additions to topping choices each time I go. The best part is the way you can customize and make something different each time. For a first timer, definitely try the japchae noodles, they are incredible and add a different texture to the bowl. Also, I don't ever get any extra sauce, it seems to be too heavy. Sometimes, I grab a side to dip a few things in, but, honestly, you don't need it. If you're looking for the more healthy options, definitely leave it behind - you won't even notice.

I Had a craving for Bibibop, which I've had before at a different location, and stopped at this location. I thought everything would be fine, but unfortunately, I was wrong. I had placed an online order for 2 Bibibop Fan Favorites and 2 orders of Kimchi...which is also my favorite. I was greeted by a young woman who asked my name, got my bag, handed it to me and started taking care of the next person in line. I didn't mind it, as I wanted to get home before the food got cold. I arrived home and we started to eat. My food had great taste and I was enjoying it. Why the one star? Because roughly my wife's 3rd or fourth bite, she found a 2 inch, straight black hair in her food. My wife does NOT have long straight black hair, which meant it was from someone who worked there. I tried to contact the store to let them know, but was unsuccessful. I will say this is one of the cleanest looking restaurants I've ever been to. However, finding a hair in your food, (especially after going out the way to get the food), can really ruin an otherwise great experience. Until they find a solution to this problem, I cannot recommend this place.

Good food and quick service. My daughter and I are fans of 'bowls'. Currito, Fusian, Chipotle, etc. Bibibop is a similar concept. We both enjoyed our recent lunch at this location. It's clean, quick and the service is friendly. You pick a base (rice, noodles or greens). Pick a protein and then add your veggies & toppings and sauces. So many combination options! It's filling and tasty!

I love the convenience of having a quick meal available around a shopping center with a large parking lot. However, the inside of this grill is not nearly spacious enough for the crowd it attracts. You are never guaranteed a spot to eat your meal at, so prepared to just take it to go. I've come here multiple times for different variations of bowls, but the most recent time was the most uncomfortable. The person in front of me, myself, and the person behind me all ordered broccoli and the worker added only a tiny amount. The person in front of me asked after for extra broccoli and the worker passive aggressively picked up one piece of broccoli with her tongs and put it in their bowl. I asked the worker to strain my beans a bit before putting them in and she looked at me funny and just did a normal scoop. There are also multiple signs that indicate that the restaurant is 100% gluten free, however there are separate GF labels on each ingredient except a couple. This location also does not offer sauces at the separate condiment stand so you need to order it when getting your meal. Overall, this location is nice but should be redone.

1st time at this location, I wish I would've known they were out of Korean beef before ordering a bowl.

I love Bibibop! Whenever I want something healthy and delicious, this is my go-to spot. I visited this one on a weekday evening, and didn't find a lot of rush to get food, which is perfect. I got a bowl with salad, spicy chicken and almost all toppings like egg, kale, corn, carrots, zucchini, daikon and red cabbage. I went with sesame Ginger sauce on top. The result was delicious! They also have a station to get other sauces in mini containers if you want on the side. I tried the Sriracha and yum-yum sauce. And those were good as well. The price point is pretty reasonable for a fast food with really healthy ingredients. The staff was pretty welcoming as well. I always find the interiors a lil edgy with the colors and big booths. As I said earlier, I love Bibibop. That summarizes it.

Pretty good fast food option. Similar to lots of other bowls out there but some unique starters. I got the japchae noodles Okay I had to look that up ‍ They are glass noodles made from sweet potato starch according to google. picked a range of vegetables and then the spicy cubes chicken. Added a side of kimchi that was pretty good. For dressing went with a spicy siracha. Was probably a little more than I needed but felt good about all the veggies. Definitely worth a stop to change up the lunch routine. One thing I may have missed but no place by the trash to recycle water or other drink bottles. Left mine on top of the garbage bin...

Bibibop is the place to go for fresh food fast. Bowls are filled with your choice of base layer. My go to is half japchae noodles, half super super green salad. The noodles have a fun bite, while the salad is a mix of healthy greens. There is then your choice of vegetables, beans and scrambled eggs. Next is protien, or leave the bowl veggie. Last is a choice of sauces. Options include creamy, spicy or sweet. Personally I like a mix of spicy and sweet; Gochujang and sesame ginger. Being able to decide all that goes into one's bowl really allows diners personally craft their bowls to their tastes, or their nutritional needs. There is also a complimentary cup of miso soup. This is only given when asked. What prevents a 5 star review is that they have a tendency to be almost out of several choices. This can mean scooping up the last bits of somewhat dried out meat. The first time this happened it was clearly a slow evening, and they were waiting as long as they could to replenish containers. Those that were filled were fresh. This has happened other times too. Ordering may also be done via their app, or over the phone. If ordering through the app, there are sometimes bogo deals, and deals for extra points. Occasionally, they even give free points just because.

I love concepts like this for meals and always wonder why we don't have things like this in Louisville, KY since we are supposed to be a culinary destination. The food here is fresh with no MSG and very healthy. I seriously considered writing to their corporate offices to request they come to my area. It was just that good. I had the chicken salad bowl with teriyaki sauce. It was one of the best salads I've had in a long long time. If in the area I will definitely go back. In fact I'm adding this to my list of places to check on their locations for when I travel.

My friend started with calamari, served on a bed of Asian slaw. The rings were tender and tasty, and nicely complemented by the slaw. The soup du jour was shrimp bisque, which I eagerly ordered. I wish it hadn't been completely pureed, because I like bits of shrimp in it, but it was still excellent, tasting of shrimp, cream, and delicate seasonings. Moving on, he had the meatloaf, and we both liked it. I had the day's special of my favorite fish - halibut. It was perfectly seared, sitting in a pool of browned butter sauce and garnished with pine nuts, all accompanied by tasty spinach and garlic mashed potatoes. We each enjoyed a slice of carrot cake for dessert. I definitely don't intend to let 7 years slip by before I return, especially since the specials of the day kept me from trying the Kenwood salad and red wined braised short rib. I almost forgot to say that Wendy gave us flawless service, and showed us an alternative exit that didn't make me return across the rough stone floor with my walker.

Thankfully as mentioned, we had reservations. We arrived first and the person seating us graciously showed me the way to the restroom (it was a bit of a hike). I had no idea there was so much space inside the restaurant. The menu was large and I changed my mind several times before ordering. Everyone at the table got something different with the exception of two that ordered the special of the day. Our server was kind and helpful, but I think she was a bit overwhelmed. We weren't in a hurry so it wasn't an issue. I ordered MARINATED TOFU "POKE" BOWL BROWN SHORT GRAIN RICE, MISO-SOY MARINATED TOFU, CUCUMBER, SNOW PEAS RADISH, SWEET POTATO, ENOKI MUSHROOMS, EDAMAME, SEAWEED SALAD, SESAME SEEDS, SPICY MAYO. Everything was chopped up nicely, which made eating it a breeze. It was a lot of food! It was also very flavorful. The spicy mayo, which wasn't spicy, helped all the ingredients come together. I could have stopped half way because I was approaching fullness, but I powered through and finished it all. And with all that, I did not leave feeling stuffed. Rather, I was pleasantly satisfied. Mark had KENWOOD BIBB & SPINACH, GOAT CHEESE, CRANBERRIES, PINE NUTS, ROMA TOMATO, HONEY POPPYSEED DRESSING and French Onion Soup. He found the salad fresh and the soup was beautiful, loaded with cheese and delicious. Someone ordered 1/2 Sandwich and Soup. She had the Reuben and the 1/2 sandwich was huge! Someone else ordered the Trio Club with broccoli. She enjoyed her meal. The two folks who had the special, four shrimp over eggplant Parmesan, were less than impressed. They said it was a little bland and dry. It could have used more sauce and a bit more Italian seasoning. Our dining experience overall was great and we would return.

    1. Parmesan-Crusted Pork Chop This plate came out looking…read moreserious. The pork chops had that golden, crunchy sear that lets you know the chef didn't cheat the pan. The crust is seasoned well, giving each bite a savory crunch before you hit the juicy center. The sauce on the bottom adds flavor but also runs a little thin, so it doesn't cling as much as you'd expect. The mashed potatoes are smooth, and those crispy fried onions on top add the right texture. Solid, comforting, and flavorful -- just needed a thicker reduction to tighten the plate. 2. Gnocchi with Braised Short Rib Sauce This dish is exactly what comfort food wants to be when it grows up. The gnocchi is soft, pillowy, and coated in a rich, slow-simmered sauce that tastes like somebody took their time building layers. You get a blend of tomato, parmesan, herbs, and that short rib flavor that carries the whole bowl. It's heavy -- in a good way -- and every bite feels like fall weather in a bowl. Definitely one of the stronger dishes. 3. Parmesan-Crusted Chicken with Green Beans & Tomato Relish The chicken is fried to that perfect "crisp but not greasy" level. The parmesan crust gives it a nutty, salty pop, while the tomato pieces add freshness to cut through the richness. The shredded parmesan on top melts just enough to tie everything together. The green beans are cooked right -- not soggy, still with a snap. The side dish (mac & cheese, most likely) is creamy with a buttery breadcrumb top that adds the right crunch. Overall, a well-balanced plate. 4. Spaghetti & Meatballs This is classic Italian comfort done the Cooper's Hawk way. The sauce is thick, tangy, and bright with tomato flavor. The meatballs are tender and seasoned well, and the touch of ricotta on top softens the acidity and makes the sauce creamy as you mix it in. The pasta is cooked right -- not mushy, not stiff, easy to twirl. Simple, hearty, and dependable. Overall Impression Cooper's Hawk came through with a table full of comfort and richness. Everything was plated well, seasoned properly, and cooked with intention. The standout dishes are the gnocchi and the parmesan-crusted chicken, but nothing on the table missed the mark.

The term "upscale" seems to have become a euphemism for "more expensive than you thought it was going to be". I rated it 3 stars for several reasons. First, the food tasted very salty, almost to the point of us sending it back but we didn't because we had been waiting almost 30 minutes and were hungry. The slow service was reason two. Reason three was the price point. Five bucks for a coke? Twenty bucks for a soup and sandwich? The food was OK but the value just wasn't there. And reason four was the noise level.
